The ruse is also a means to make up for Mr. Hawkins' professional, personal, and life's private shortcomings, as well as to enhance the real estate owner's profits at company-closings. Thereby fulfilling his ruse's priority, and enabling his otherwise, born to ineptitude, wannabe's insatiable need for admiration and social-status in small town Winnemucca. However, the deception has finally been exposed due to all the victims' shared-sufferings, and whom now have since collaborated in combined strength. The once bright-blinding glare given-off by the polish atop Harold's leather shiny-shoes has been stripped-off exposing the wannabe's defining bottom-feeding lower soul. Vision West Realty is not as reputable a business as one might think, and is only profitable due to the high turn-over rate of the gold miner labor force and their families. Winnemucca, to include all of Humboldt County, has a total population of only 16,000, and yet, there are approximately 30-40 real estate sales agents among the half dozen realty businesses. The realtors get them (buyers then sellers) coming and going. It's simple math, especially when you consider the two Uhaul rental truck & trailer moving dealerships in town and also that the boom in new housing construction ended years ago with the mining industry growth becoming stabilized. This sums up why Vision West Realty has found an endless vein of gold in the pockets of the well intentioned, but proven transient, hard working miners who equally flow in and then out of Humboldt County on a regular basis. It can better be described as a real estate house recycling business, and a real estate owner's feeding frenzy bonanza ... SO BEWARE, when the smiling, slick, polished realtors come a knocking and convincing you and your family members that you have made it to Paradise, yoda yoda yoda and it's time to buy a house.....Winnemucca was such a nice little place before all these gold mines, Vision West Realty & Harold Hawkins, and the potato.............and Walmart. I fondly remember the 5 and Dime on the corner of Bridge and 4th streets, and the Corner Drugstore at the end of the block on Bridge and Main Street. Main Street is now Winnemucca Boulevard/Business Hwy 80 and the Corner Drugstore where shakes were a dime and malts a nickel more, and us kids would be served coffee for 5 cents a cup, is now the Sundance Casino. Harold Hawkins, owner of Vision West Realty, is arrogant, conceited, extremely dangerous and he did in fact: con, steal, intimidate, abuse and willingly along with his wife, Kerry, criminally neglected family members...only considering them as business liabilities worth more in accidental death insurance assets. I am unfortunately related to him and one who knows him very very well. Harold looks down on people and us still living family members cannot say any good about him or his wife. Harold and his wife never had children because they are too cheap, and stretch marks on a trophy wife would not look good in Winnemucca's 10 dollar celebrity VIP tanning booth. Harold inherited (on his mother's side) the money to buy the realty company and stole the family's hard earned wealth on his father's side. Harold has never had to pay any overhead costs in his life, with any of his business profits turned into arrogance (he belongs to every board, committee, society, panel, auxilary, caucus, etc. etc. in town). He is also a known peeping tom. There are many other Realty Companies in my hometown of Winnemucca which all have owners who raised or are raising children (grandchildren, college costs etc etc) and are not arrogant and good people with honest overhead costs to pay, which economically helps the community as a whole. Harold also has a filthy mouth, thinks he is a lady's man, playing favorites towards his female agents. Harold is also suspected of abusing his rich relatives and stealing their money.
