I have been using this branch for myself and my family for several years and cannot fault their service. Staff are always friendly and go out of their way to help. Reminder phone calls are provided for follow up checks to ensure you dont forget. Appointments are both bookable in advance and walk in. They have a range of frames to suit any budget, from low range to designer. Children are well catered for, treated with respect and compassion. Many of the staff themselves can empathise as they wear glasses or contact lenses themselves. I have used other opticians in the past, but none compare to this store. read more
