What upset me even more was that the bleach was left on my hair for way too long, which ended up damaging my hair and causing breakage. So not only did I leave without the balayage I asked for, I left with damaged hair. I spoke with Andrew afterward and explained how disappointed I was. He told me to call back if I wanted them to fix it. I did exactly that and left a message. I was told he would call me back, but I never heard from him. Very disappointing experience from beginning to end. If you're going here for a balayage, I would seriously reconsider. There is a big difference between balayage and highlights, and unfortunately, that difference didn't seem to be understood here. Now I'm left dealing with damaged, broken hair on top of paying for a service I didn't ask for. I definitely won't be returning.
