I went in for under-eye and marionette (laugh line) fillers, and had a fantastic experience with Michelle. I'd had some troublesome filler under my eyes previously, and she explained the issue I'd had as well as breaking down the proper cannula technique for me. The injection process itself was almost completely painless--the first time I can say that of fillers!--and I'm so pleased with how my face looks. I wasn't the easiest client, either; I'm twitchy and annoying to inject, and my reactive, sensitive skin had an unexpected allergic reaction to the cleanser Michelle used on my face (which she only used so extensively because I came in with foundation on, against their instructions). When I called them the next day for advice on how to manage it, they checked in with me into the weekend to make sure the reaction cleared up. Love them. TL;DR: 10/10
