There was a bell at the counter, which I rang. No one came, and I ended up ringing it three more times before leaving. However, I taken a business card that was available on the counter and decided to call the number. Someone did answer. I inquired about the pricing and type of massages available, and then I booked a massage for a few days later. I had no further issue when I arrived for my appointment. My therapist was flexible about how the service, because I wasn't sure what type of massage I needed, but settled on deep tissue for the pressure. The massage also included hot stones. I appreciated my masseuse (Lin) asking what services I would like with my massage. Overall, it was very relaxing and therapeutic. I felt like I was on a cloud when I left. So, in the future I will call to book my appointments as that seems the best way to guarantee service.

I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment, and I was basically told they didn't have my appointment. The person who made the was off-site and didn't pass the information. I didn't mind waiting in the lobby as they were busy with other clients. After waiting about 10 min, a water bucket is brought into the lobby for me to put my feet in. I thought it was odd, but I've never been here and didn't know how they operate. The masseuse came out and did my massage in the lobby. It was a nice massage. No complaints there. The masseuse finished, and a woman who said she didn't have an appointment walked in. The woman was promptly told to go to room 2. I didn't think anything of it, as someone left while I was getting the massage. I asked where the restroom was, and I was quickly told I couldn't use the bathroom until I paid. Immediately taken aback, I said it wouldn't take me long to use the restroom as I had to come back through the lobby to leave. She said, "No pay first! We have customers waiting." I'm sure she realized I was visibly angry and tried to make small talk, asking how far along I was, etc. I paid, and she offered me water and asked for a tip. I declined and left to use the restroom at a neighboring business. I will never return to this establishment, and I will make sure to inform anyone coming here moving here or coming to TDY to Maxwell AFB to stay away from this place.

I had tried regular massage, chiropractic and exercises at home but nothing was working and no one would tell me what was CAUSING my pain - they'd just keep telling me to "come back". Then I found these guys, and not only do they assess you, but tell you the probable cause of your issue, and on top of working to fix it, they give you homework to do in between sessions. I found out that I was walking incorrectly and messing up my posture (I had fractured the same foot twice over a period of time). So, my waking was making things worse! Because of them and the thorough work they did on me, I could go for brisk walks again and even started Pilates.

Worst experience ever! If you're looking to unwind and relax, do NOT come here. Not only did they…read moreruin my experience, but they also ruined my entire day. I booked an 11 AM massage and a 12 PM microderm facial. The moment I laid down for my massage, I noticed the headrest was dirty--it looked like someone with a full face of makeup had been there before me. I told the masseuse, and she replaced it, but the fact that it was dirty in the first place was unacceptable, especially since my bare face was supposed to go there. On top of that, my massage ended 10 minutes early. I figured that since it ended early, my facial would start on time at 12 PM--wrong. I waited until 12:15 before finally losing patience. I got dressed, went to ask what was going on, and only then did they tell me: 1. The esthetician was still with her last client, cutting into my time. 2. The microderm machine was broken, and I could only get a regular facial or a chemical peel. So why did no one tell me this at check-in? Why didn't they tell me after my massage instead of letting me sit there for 30 minutes with no communication? I asked what they were going to do to make up for the inconvenience, and Rochelle (assistant manager & esthetician) told me she could remove the facial from my bill. Well... duh? You had to remove it anyway because I never got the service. When I pointed that out, she then offered an upgrade on my next visit. Ma'am, there will be no next visit. What can you do for me today? At that point, I was over it. On top of everything else, she kept blaming everyone else--even pulled me aside to blame the receptionist, when they had already admitted they only found out about the machine issue minutes before. Fine. Whatever. Let me just pay and leave, right? Wrong. Now the tap-to-pay machine was down, and that was my only form of payment. I told them people should be warned about things like this beforehand. Rochelle said the receptionist was supposed to put a card on file when I booked, but she didn't--so how exactly was I supposed to pay? Rochelle told me I could call in my card info later when I got access to it, which was fine with me. Even though I hated my experience, I assured them I'd still call and pay. But not even 20 minutes after I left, they started blowing up my phone for payment. Essentially harassing me. Y'all didn't even give me time to leave Eastchase, let alone get home. In less than an hour, I got multiple calls. And then, the part that really got me... They threatened to call the police on me. Yes, the police. All this, not even an hour after I left. So not only did they ruin my experience, but they went out of their way to ruin the rest of my day too. I'm still wondering was was expected of me. Was I suppose to neglect everything else I had to do? Was I supposed to teleport home? Completely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog
