When I approach him to ask about what kind of stuff that they do, he ask me "what are you selling?" I told him that worked with a insurance company and that I was more interested in what he did as a company. Before I finished asking him about that, he told me that the front & entrance was on the other side of the building. That they have a huge sign stating no solicitation, and that he is tired of "sleazy Sales people". Also mentioned that I am trespassing, even though it has retail businesses and I was there for an appointment in that same complex. I told that I had no interested in talking to him for my business, that I was curious about some of the kids rides that they did, as I have large yard and want to throw a bbq & pool party at my house, in the summer for the kids. After that he snap at me, I just mentioned that he is very rude to potential customers and he should have nice day. I wouldnt deal with these guys, the owner is quite bitter and jumps to conclusions without even asking questions. Just imagine if you had a complaint and had to deal with this guy, he would just blow up on you, very unprofessional, when your a business owner, you never know who is going to be a customer, treat everyone as you want to be treated. "the golden rule"

So I recently took a trip to Vancouver to meet up with a bunch of friends and family and decided…read morelast minute when I got there to throw a party. Obviously every party now-a-days needs an ample amount of props and entertainment in order to stand out and I figured I'd try and get a photo-booth. Even though it was last minute, and me being from a foreign city, after a little bit of research (google lol) I was able to stumble upon these guys and they came through for me even though I called them literally one day before the event. Honestly I don't really write reviews for anyone but I figured if there ever were a time for me to write one, it would be for these guys. Not only was their equipment all very new, clean...their props were pretty dope and all in good condition. The owners themselves (who i learned were a couple) came and attended the party to make sure there were no issues with the booth. These two were extremely professional and charismatic. By the end of the night it felt as if they were part of the party to the point where I think we all took pictures (my friends and I ) with them in the booth (lol). All I have to say is if you want a smooth, hassle free photo booth operating at your party, these guys are probably the people you want to get in contact with asap!!

He was more than helpful and quoted me a price that was cheaper than any other Photo Booth company in the area. When it was the day of my sisters party, Harv and Aman both showed up and had the Photo Booth up and running 30 minutes before schedule. They even let us takes pictures for that 30 minutes free of charge. The photo booth was such a hit at the party for my sisters and her friends, we ended up extending it an hour longer. Would totally recommend this family owned business because they really care about each of their clients, and put forth effort similar to big corporation photo booths without the insane costs.

Plus the staff is terrific. Plus, the cost is reasonable. I figured out that if we ran the liquor service area ourselves, the amount of alcohol we lost because we didn't know what we were doing, is pretty much the same cost as the cost for service. Kyle was extremely responsive, with the most helpful responses from the four or five companies I contacted, as well as providing easy access to photos of equipment. Kyle was super easy to work with, he came in advance to check out the location, arrived on time for delivery and pickup, did not need help from us in getting anything in, and was extremely helpful and flexible in getting everything set up. It all worked perfectly, and guests were very complimentary. The prices were reasonable, and Kyle went the extra mile of bringing a few extra decorations which really helped our little retro arcade display shine. Highly recommended!

Stuck around as my youngest was attending a birthday party this afternoon from 1-3:30…read more Cloris was my favourite staffer and go-to gal for things like an extra bin for overflow birthday presents, cups for water (and she brought me a stack which I appreciated as forward-thinking because I could leave them for the other parents in our group too), and she was extra patient with my kid when he was choosing a prize with his tickets. For the most part, I really like the systems here that made the party run fairly smoothly. Our party host staffer (didn't catch her name but she had the coolest purple shoes) was super helpful in distributing food, assisting with cake cutting, refilling pitchers, quickly cleaning up after spills and proactively dealing with cupcake leftovers being put in the fridge. Three things I'd maybe suggest could run differently: 1) have coloured wristbands assigned to party rooms so that you can tell instantly who belongs to your party group. Like at one point, we had a random little girl asking for tokens from our party host, and then a little boy just sat himself down at our party table eating food and blending in until our host mom said, "Who is this kid??" And then a minute later his mom found him! The parents thought it was hilarious. The staff also have neon shirts so maybe you can match party host to wristband colours. If this system already exists, I didn't notice and only thought of it now. 2) For bumper car passes and tokens, it would be good if birthday party kids got an allotment with their socks at the start when you sign in at the front desk. The less that parent hosts have to worry about, the better. The thing where each kid signs in and chooses hot dog or pizza is fantastic. Our host mom thought she'd have to take care of that and was relieved not to. 3) For saying goodbye and around retrieving their shoes, that could be the time and location that party hosts can give out their goodie bags. It's just a little awkward that there's no specific place to do that. I appreciated not having to sign a waiver but that's probably not the greatest for the establishment's purposes. I also appreciated not having to pay entry fee as an adult even though I was prepared to pay. But then again, encouraging parents to stay without charging them means they're okay with waiting around for their kid, being around to supervise as opposed to dropping off and leaving, and like one parent I saw, will buy food. Overall, the place seemed clean and with good air flow. The play area is large and there was a garage door open so I felt safe enough not to have to wear a mask which I really liked. The party rooms are large with high ceilings. I usually wear a mask in the classroom because of a low ceiling. It was about half full and there was lots of space for parents to gather at tables and hang out to wait for their kids. I don't know that I'd be back on my own because my oldest might feel too old for the climbing part, but the youngest had a wonderful time.
