The first time, she made a plan to declutter and organize the main spaces in my home, and she helped me clear out a ton of junk, as well as designing a system for storage. She was kind and supportive while we went through my things, understanding the nostalgia attached to the most ridiculous items, while gently guiding me to get rid of things that were broken or outdated or unused. Sasha has a great network of contractors and was able to arrange for a handyman to take care of minor issues throughout the condo. She helped me sort items for donation and took care of taking them to the charity drop instead of leaving it to me to handle. She gave me 'homework' after every visit, and followed up frequently to offer guidance and motivation. She made the process feel easy and manageable. At the end, I had so much more space and everything had a place of its own to return to after use. My condo felt so much more like a home instead of a storage area. The second time Sasha came to my rescue, I was renovating the condo and needed to get everything packed and into storage in a very short window of time. Sasha and her assistant came in and got it done! She also handled arrangements for junk removal and movers to take everything to a storage unit, which was a huge weight off my shoulders.
