I wanted to give my business to hard working people trying to start something new. When I first…read morecontacted Chase, he was eager for my business. I sent pictures of my deck and explained what I needed for power washing. We set up a date and he and Jace came out. They spent close to 4 hours at my house. When they completed the job, I paid them in full. Once I went out to look over their work, I was disappointed and contacted Chase right away. He said he would be out to look over it. Instead he sent Jace out. Jace was understanding and I showed him the areas where too much pressure was used that caused the wood to splinter and several areas missed. We agreed that they would come back out Thursday around 3 to fix the areas. Thursday afternoon came and went and I contacted Chase. He gave me the run around and claimed he didn't know he was coming Thursday and refused to work with me to get the few things fixed that Jace and I spoke about. He didnt want to take accountability for the misunderstanding his partner gave him and didnt want to make things right to accommodate my schedule due to work. Im disappointed I decided to help out a business that doesn't believe on customer satisfaction and accountability for their work. Please do not use these two young men. They will talk a game to get your service but not work with you to correct anything or follow through.
