I have had lash extensions continuously for five years applied at many salons, but my eyes have never watered so badly. Two weeks after this fill, I experienced extreme itchiness and discomfort. When it came time to getting my next fill, I sought out another lash specialist from a different salon. When she inspected my lashes three weeks after, she said that the previous fill had been done so poorly that it had caused damage to my real lashes, so the best thing to do was to remove all the lashes and glue completely, then allow a week to heal before purchasing an entirely new full set. As she removed the lashes, she took pictures so I could see the damage for myself and it was only then I could see just what a poor job Nivi from Lash Rehab had done. Following the appointment, I contacted Nivi. She offered to give me a complimentary fill, but after the poor experience I had with her at Lash Rehab, I did not feel confident returning to her. Even though I had to pay for the removal and it will cost a great deal more to get a new full set, I only asked that she refund me the cost of my fill appointment. She refused on the basis that I hadn't requested it within three days of my fill with her, but unfortunately, I did not know until later what a poor job she had done and that it had caused damage. I wouldn't recommend Nivi or Lash Rehab. Not only did she provide an inadequate service that caused pain and damage, but she did not make amends for her error.

Regarding Beauty House in Dronningens Gate: It's one thing to accidentally drip hot wax into the…read morecorner of a customer's eye, quite another to be rude and unapologetic about it: Instead of showing any concern about whether my eye -- which was hurting -- was ok, the employee started arguing that the wax was never there. The fact that I felt it didn't matter, and when I picked out a piece with my finger, she suggested I had smudged it into my eye. The appointment ended with her telling me there's something wrong with my hairs and skin as they had not picked up expected amount of colour. (In the over 20 years of getting my brows fixed, that has never been an issue.) Way to go on blaming the customer for one's own incompetence.

Went in for a pedicure and got the worst one I've ever had. The guy doing it was rude and rough. He…read morehurt me while cutting my cuticles because he was pressing down so hard on my nail bed. My nails are different shapes as well. I asked for regular nail polish and he did gel even after I stopped him to double check it was regular. Of course I got charged 200kr extra. He was also incredibly rude to two girls who walked in as Wells's the woman next to me. I was hoping this place would be good since I moved to this neighborhood but I will keep looking. Edited to add pics. The nail polish didn't even cover my pinky toe and was sloppy on the other toes.
