She was rushing the visits but I only needed a doctor referred so it was not a big deal. She still checked on my ears and saw earwax in one of them and decided to take a tool and started scraping to remove it without letting me know. I started feeling pain until I scream since I felt the tool going through my skin but she kept pressing until she took the earwax out. At that moment I thought it was too much but did not pay a lot of attention since it was already done until I got home and felt something in my ear. I had blood coming out my ear no stopping. Next morning I had dry blood since it kept coming out, I was in pain and could not hear very well from that side. I called the office to let them know what happened and they gave me an appointment with another doctor and then they were rushing me to confirm or they will charge me for an appointment I needed because they did something wrong since taking out earwax should not cause damage or be painful. I end up canceling the appointment and going to the urgent care where they saw how swallow my ear was not able to see through it and the wound I had. I was prescribed antibiotics and a referral for an ear doctor. I wanted to make this review so it does not happens to anyone else. Ears are very sensitive and they are other methods to treat them without causing damage.

In these offices I see a primary care physician, an endocrinologist and now my podiatrist is in the same building. My primary care is all done on the phone while construction is happening but the other 2 I can see in person. When I first started coming here it was before the changeover of owners and things worked pretty good. Since the change they have really progressed with my other doctors moving in from other places I was seeing them. I like the one stop treatment idea but I do see doctors in other places and a couple who are not connected. One of my favorite things now is they have the portal up and running really well. I can easily connect with all my doctors here with one click. I usually contact the nurse who coordinates about any needs I have such as refills. I used to struggle to get them done but now it happens so fast. Basically there are some pretty good doctors working here and they take a good variety of insurance. They take covid seriously in the whole building.

The Dr was a great listener and did well explaining what I was experiencing and feeling. He also did great letting me know what he was prescribing, how/when to use it and for how long. He even helped me find the cheapest pharmacy! Very clean as well. I will be back!

So i scheduled an appointment to get it done with her, I called a few times to make sure my ins covered the procedure. SO I go to the appointment and the staff member says "where is it so i can prep?" I said "its my thyroid, its inside my neck", she then informed me that they do not to that procedure there.. LIKE HOW did you guys not know that when I called a few times to reserve it and make sure that my ins would cover it.. SO, the doctor walks in and apologize that they do not to that procedure there and said "do you trust me to refer to a doctor that can?" I said "of course i do!" SO, the doctor that she referred me to did NOT even do THYROID BIOPSY! UNBELIEVABLE!!! long story short..... I got my results in at 12pm on a Friday, I called to see if i could get my results, the front desk said that the nurse practitioner (which i love her shes super sweet!) would be calling me. 2pm comes along and nothing SO I called again, she said the NP has not see the results and she would call back. 3:30pm they said the same and I stressed that its Friday and it's unfair for me to wait to see if I have cancer over the next few days is brutal.. at 4:30 i called and they said that the DOCTOR AND NURSE LEFT for the day!!! He said He doesn't wanna take patients that Dr Yee finally refers to him as they are in such bad shape. Her PA said to me when I asked to see a cardiologist "What would a cardiologist do that I'm not already doing?" So I guess specialists don't need to study that long since we have PAs! You are not just the number to him. How did he save my life? I was told three years ago that I did not need colonoscopies anymore. I'm 72 years old. Dr. perez ordered a colonoscopy and then endoscopy. As it turns out if I had not had the colonoscopy, I would be dead in three years from cancer. He cares for each and everyone of his patients. I thanked him today for saving my life. He is not located on Lionel Way. He is located on first Street. He is an internist. Best doctor ever!
