DO NOT RECOMMEND. THEY DO NOT BOTHER TO EXAMINE YOUR BLOOD WORK…read more IF YOU WANT MEDS PRESCRIBED TO YOU WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED, LIKE YOU ARE YOUR OWN DOCTOR, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. They disregard any out of range labs to continue to prescribe you the meds of your choosing. They turn the other cheek and just keep prescribing for money! What started it all: I told my provider my levels were doing all kinds of crazy stuff, not normal at all. Some super high, some super low, everything completely out of range. And she said "Uh, maybe the test is wrong." (I'm deaf, my husband tells me what they say.) Like... girl. WHAT. Then when I messaged the front desk and said, "Okay, if the test is invalid, can you cover it since I paid $444 for it," suddenly they flipped the script and said, "Oh, the provider says the labs are correct." So now I'm sitting here like: If the labs ARE correct, why isn't anyone concerned that my levels look like a rollercoaster from hell. It came off like they were dodging responsibility. The provider shrugging it off, the front desk contradicting her, and absolutely no one addressing the symptoms that were increasing in intensity. I was messaging them about these symptoms daily. On top of that, there is literally no way for me to talk to my provider. No phone option, no direct line, no way to get clarification or urgent help. I'm deaf. I cannot call. Their only solution was: "Go to urgent care." Which I did. So I was basically left to diagnose myself. And here's the part that really shows the negligence: I ended up going to 3 different doctors, including urgent care, for second opinions because I was bleeding for a month and the labs were wild. Every single doctor I saw looked at my bloodwork with their eyes wide open like, "Who is your provider and why are they not addressing this." They were genuinely shocked I wasn't being taken seriously. Had I not been my own doctor, researching, connecting the dots, and figuring out myself what was causing this entire mess, I honestly could have ended up in the hospital on an IV drip. The front desk labeled me an "inactive patient" while I was literally messaging them about my disgust in the practice and was actively bleeding for four weeks. AGAIN, i've communicated i've been bleeding all month....................... If that does not warrant concern from the front desk to communicate with my provider, then I do not know what does. That tells you everything you need to know. Communication = nonexistent Concern for patient safety = nonexistent Accountability = nonexistent This was medical negligence. Full stop. And the only reason I am okay today is because I stepped in to save myself when my provider didn't. I could have saved over 2k in external doctor visits if my provider had simply taken my labs seriously and tried to figure out what was wrong. SPOILER: It was caused by the medication they prescribed. ALSO lost 50% of hair density from This med There's MORE. The 2nd doctor told me they would not even prescribe testosterone with my hemocrit that high. They recommended blood donation 1st because testosterone increases hemocrit further & can make your blood too thick to pump, which is extremely dangerous. This practice does not seem to care how high your testosterone gets. Mine had been high for months, and every time I said something they shrugged it off . I HAD to ask them multiple times to lower my dose over several months I believe they started me @75-100mg?? THEY never once recommended lowering it. Dr…read more Sarah Jackson was the physician treating me and was professional, thorough, never made you feel rushed, just excellent at her job. About 3 1/2 years in, I went to go for an appointment and they told me someone else was going to have to do my pellets because Dr. Jackson wasn't there at the time. I went ahead and let this other person do my pellets, and although she was very sweet, did not have the same experience as Dr. Jackson. It took me twice the time to heal coupled with me having a reaction. It happens. When I went to go for my next appointment, Dr. Jackson again was not there. At this point, they told me she had left the practice and that she was not practicing anymore. Over the course of the next few months when I would speak to the office (Typically surrounding prescriptions I needed, bloodwork, scheduling pellets) they continued to tell me, Dr. Sarah Jackson was no longer practicing. I found out that this was not true and actually confronted the office about this and asked why they had been dishonest with me. I was told they would have to investigate this, asked who had told me she was not practicing, which I did, and I never got any answers. This was bad enough, but there were other issues with this office. My understanding is things went downhill when new management took over and it was evident. Prescriptions that used to take a few days to get to my house were taking well over a month, items I had not requested were getting sent to my house, I started double checking my charges and realized I was getting overcharged, and my husband, who was also a patient was having the same problems. The final nail in the coffin was after my last appointment. I had gone in for bloodwork, paid for my appointment, the doctor calls me to go over my blood work and found a problem. Doc tells me they will need to call in a prescription, and I tell them that was fine. I hang up the call and less than a minute later, I have the girl at the front desk calling me telling me I will need to pay $35 for the doctor to call in the prescription. I cannot believe my ears. I double checked just to make sure I wasn't missing something, but no they wanted me to pay $35 for the doctor to call in a prescription on an appointment I had already paid for. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to Dr. Sarah Jackson. She is so amazing, thorough, and professional. They have since expanded by adding many knowledgable and caring professionals who provide a myriad of services. I have had the best care with them, and prefer the to "traditional" medical doctors. They are very thorough and have always had several options for treatment for me. When I have had injuries, my treatment was 2-3 times a week for several weeks, which was necessary for correction of the injury. I have had my knee injury corrected with PRP therapy with them, and am currently on a full body maintenance program - 1 visit every other week. My insurance no longer covers my treatment with them, and I could be covered elsewhere, but I choose to remain under the care of the professionals there. I highly recommend them.

When I went for my first visit, I was charged $125, however: 1. Appetite suppressant medicine was NOT included. They said the cost includes PRESCRIPTION ONLY, not the medicine itself. Its completely misleading. If that is the case, they should have mentioned "appetite suppressant prescription" not "prescription appetite suppressants". Also, during setting the first appointment over the phone, they confirmed that the medicine was included. 2. B12 injection was also NOT included. They now say the information on the website needs to be "updated". 3. There was no menu whatsoever provided as advertised. Even the eating guideline is just a generic photocopied two-pager that you can find anywhere on the web. However, the doctor did go through and explained the steps of the guidelines. I think it is an offence to inform something that you cannot comply especially when it comes to cost. The excuse of "we need to update the website" is very lame and dishonest. However, the staff who I dealt with were polite, professional and friendly.

It is NOT FDA approved for weightloss. It is followed with a 500/cal a day diet. This is very bad for your health and of course will result in the loss of muscle before fat. Also, this hormone will make you ovulate. If you want to get pregnant or waste your pre-determined number of eggs- go for it. But consider the most important fact: It is NOT FDA approved. Places like this should not even exist. Review studies refuting the HCG diet have been published in the Journal of the American Medical Association and the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, both concluding that hCG is neither safe nor effective as a weight-loss aid.
