Just be sure to bring pictures of whatever you need because under Ohio law, you can't take your broken stuff with you- regardless of it being clean or not. What happened to John. We'll, looks like he retired. The gentleman at the counter was Bhavik Shah. He was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. And on top of it I got a military discount. All pluses in my book. So new owner, but the service is outstanding and the offerings have expanded. It was a true pleasure to meet you Bhavik.
