Wow. I will definitely skip Cruz Thru and come back here anyday. The owner really cares about cars and he will wash it with great care. A hand wash here is practically the same as others but he takes better care of you. I am glad I saw his ad in the Coffee News. I am going to try and bring my car here once a month to get it cleaned right. I haven't done the detailing yet, but I'm sure he does it right. And he even has the exact same car year, make and model as me, so I know he will take care of mine. The shop is small and the closest one to the street. If the front door is locked, you can just go around to the back side and see if he there. He was vacuuming a car when I got there, so he couldn't hear me. read more

Best car detailing shop in bako period. I took my Infiniti FX35 there to get washed, polished and waxed and I was amazed how my ride looked when I saw it. I'm very adamant about my car being clean, spotless and swirl free always and these guys did the job perfectly. Don't let the professional website and pictures of Lambos fool you. I had a bit of over spray from my neighbor painting his gate two doors down. The paint was water based and I was able to remove it with my hand when the car was wet, but I wanted a professional to do the job so there was no chance of me damaging the paint.I called up Jose and told him about the issue and asked him if the bronze package would take care of it. He said to bring it in the next day and he would take a look at it. When I brought it in, I once again told him that my main concern was the paint. I left the car for several hours. When I came to pick up my car I noticed that none of the paint was removed. When I asked him about it, he stated that I would need a more expensive package and to come back for it next week. :0 I would expect that a professional would initially state that it was not possible or to phone me when he realized and keep me informed so I can make the best decision. I should have been told that it would take more work and offered another appointment.Also, I still had to clean my own windows because there were streak marks all over them and several parts of the car where the the wax wasn't fully removed.This was a complete waste of money. This business may charge less than the other guys but you really get far less than what you pay for. read more

Took my 18 year old car to get its first ever detailing. The buildup of chemicals, wax, etc was bad. It looked like it needed a paint job. After getting a very good price quote in person we set an appointment. I dropped it off early the next day and received a call later that afternoon when they finished. Upon returning, I could not believe how great the finish looked as I have not seen it that nice since I bought it new. I will definitely be back as I feel it was a great value for a great outcome.
