I heard about this lesser-known lounge in T1, which was accessible by Priority Pass. I got to the airport extremely early, so I thought I'd try this lounge before heading through security. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lounge is fairly small and the wall outlets were limited. For lunch/dinner, which was the time I went, there were some made-to-order sandwiches and chicken Tikka available via a QR code ordering system. They bring the food to you. There were some snacks like pretzels and cookies out, as well as coffee, juice, soda, wine and beers. It stayed fairly vacant during the time I was there, though, again, it is not big so they may fill up fast. I had celery and carrot with hummus, and I also had a chocolate chip cookie with some pilot grigio. There was no bathroom within the lounge, which is why I left. The security shortcut situation was wild. It was not busy when I got to the airport, but by the time I left the lounge, it was pretty crowded. (I do have precheck, and the security area here didn't have a separate lane for it, so I can't compare) The lounge attendant led me directly to the front of the line to the check booth, and then guided me right to the front of the conveyor belt. She led a now-totally-disoriented me to put everything in the baskets/on the line and it took me less than 5 minutes for the whole check. People stared at me and one man distinctly wondered out loud why I was being given this treatment. It was really embarrassing, but I was also grateful not to have stood in the line for 20 minutes like everyone else. It was a very bizarre yet lovely experience. I cannot say enough how nice everyone was, and I will definitely revisit if I can.

VIP ONE is a Priority Pass Airport Lounge at JFK International Airport Terminal 1. This is a very convenient Lounge because it is situated before the Airport Security Check. You can have a quick snack here if you're flying out at a JFK Terminal with no available Airport Lounges like Terminal 7. The foods are decent, the lounge is a bit small but the service is great. You order online the food you like and the drinks are unlimited and they have variety of red and white wines you can try. They even told me that if you're flying out here at Terminal 1, they will going to assist you get fast into your Gate of Departure without passing the long cue at the Security Check and be treated as VIP. That's maybe the reason its name is VIP ONE . Overall experience is very nice. I will tell my friends about this experience and will definitely go back here next time around.

Came over from Terminal 8 since there were no lounges. The AirTrain takes about 20 mins to get here. If you leave enough time you can order cook to order food. Wonderful check in and customer service experience. I forgot to take pictures of my breakfast but I could choose from a menu of about 10 items (really rearranged combos of eggs, turkey bacon, toast, yogurts with different topics) and several espresso, cappuccino, mimosa and coffee options. At 12 they switch to lunch. Compared to centurion lounges, escape lounges, and others, it's not the fanciest, and it's definitely on the small side but not crowded

The Vip One lounge was very convenient since it was landside of the airport and allowed you to skip the security line. The staff was friendly but the food and beverages were pretty lackluster. It's small inside but wasn't crowded at the time I visited.

All the reviews basically explain everything for you regarding this lounge. I can see why it's called vip because you're vip during the security process. All you have to do is show your priority pass when you enter, and they scan it to see if it's legit. I learned about this lounge on youtube, and it was great. I suggest if you're in a hurry or even if you aren't to check it out.

Ssssssooooooo if you are flying out of this terminal, this is a great option. You get to the entrance of the TSA line, ask for the lounge, and a person comes over and escorts you to the lounge, pre TSA. You then check in and have lounge access. If you need TSA clearance for the terminal, this is a phenomenal option, as they can put you at the front of the line. If you are looking for just food and drinks, it is very lackluster for a lounge. If you want the escort to the TSA terminal and the VIP experience, then yes, this is your lounge. If you want something to hold you over, do not even waste your time coming here.

Chicken noodle soup and Prosecco, good combo since I brought NY cheesecake from a restaurant prior to arriving at JFK

I really appreciated how they were able to work within my budget and how transparent and straightforward the cost of the trip was. The price was very affordable for everything that was included, and it honestly felt like we got great value without sacrificing quality. By the time our departure date came around, everything was already organized and confirmed, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the experience. If you are looking for a travel agency that is reliable, attentive, affordable, and great at putting together well planned trips, I highly recommend Sunita Travel Agency. I never cared to post about my experiences. But this situation is important enough for me to post about. The last program I've done with Leisure Time Tours is the PGA National Resort and Spa. We stayed for 11 days. The family time was great, but the stay itself was horrible. The staff was non-existent and the waiters and mashgiachs were treated horribly. Everyone who worked there seemed unhappy. One of the workers at the program told me about rampant sexual abuse. I was extremely unsettled, but forgot about it and left it alone. I was kind of hoping I was told a lie. As of recent, there has been public allegations of sexual abuse by Robert Frucher--the CEO at Leisure Time Tours. Apparently, this has been happening all over their organization. I feel betrayed. I'm asking the people who read this post to go elsewhere. Leisure Time Tours should not be catering a religious event.

We were celebrating our honeymoon--the food was great and we were satisfied. The second stay was a disaster. Nothing worked right. Money was always the issue. There was always one or more reason to charge us for something. I heard the management had money issues, but the guests should not suffer. The second they asked for more money, I should have seen the writing on the wall. Recently a website was put up about Robert Frucher. It inspired me to write this post. For me, integrity is worth a lot, and Leisure Time Tours has none. This is my 12th time Passover stay with any Passover company, and this is the first review I ever wrote. Skip this Passover program!

Well run and neat. 2 cashiers who seem to know what they are doing and move customers who are on a strict time schedule in-and-out with seamless aplomb! It killed me to pay $2.50 for a small bottle of water but a girl's gotta stay hydrated when she's in the air. Still the magazine selection was top notch and lots of bags of snacks to buy and enjoy on the airplane later. All the good varieties of Vitamin Water and even individual packets of Emergen-C! These guys in NYC think of everything! If I had any money left, I certainly would have spend it here on the little travel knick-knacks and touristy stuff you want to bring home for the kids. I can see why Jet Blue put Paradies into their Terminal 5 building because this group knows just how to work a little space and make a lot of money doing it! Kudos for hiring nice people that actually smile and acknowledge you not as just another anonymous traveler but a real person ready to exorbitantly pay through the roof for a simple bottle of H20! Such sincerity does not go unnoticed by the likes of me!

So today I had a trip from jfk to Minneapolis. I don't usually write bad reviews over a small issue but the worker left a bad taste in my mouth. Long story short I went into paradies in jfk to buy a soda. The soda was 3.15 cent now I don't have 15 cents so I gave the cash register lady 4 dollars. My receipt says her name is Sashagay. After I gave her my cash she decided to tell me she had no change. So I looked at her like what are you gonna do? Thinking she would hand me back my cash. She took my cash, didn't look like she counted and handed me a receipt for $3.15. When I asked her for my change she replied back saying I gave her 3 dollars and she can't open the register... Ok fine, so then I saw behind her was a camera and I said check the tape. She said it doesn't work and I only gave her 3 dollars... Then proceeded to ignore me. Now I'm not stressing out because it was just a dollar but it could have very well been a 20 or more that she wants to pocket. Also this is jfk I'm sure all the cameras in this airport works. Also why would I give you 3 dollars when you tell me the item costs more... I would obviously give you more so you can give me change... Regardless avoid this shop at jfk Hudson was better.
