Horrible service ! I've been going to them for about 5 months consistently and have always gotten the same service (overlay, deluxe pedicure with overlay on my big toe , sometimes overlay takedown that they insist every other time I go and my total has always been $115 today I went and the lady who I got seen what I wanted via picture that I showed her and she suggested overlay soak off and new overlay I said fine , while working on me a Caucasian woman came in and she immediately gave her attention and started preparing to stop doing my feet to go do hers I didn't say anything , she began to tell her colleague a guy what I wanted I heard overlay and pink tip he finished my feet and began on my nails at the start he asked what shape I told him and said to cut my nails down a little shorter than what they were because I have a baby and my nails tend to grow out longer than id like them to be . He cut them then took out the acrylic tips I stopped him and said this is supposed to be an overlay and he started saying my nails are too short however "sir you cut them short I said cut down a little bit" the lady came over and said the same thing and said he didn't know I wanted a overlay like that was my fault , he wasn't the one who was even supposed to do my nails but clearly she told me after my soak off she would do my overlay over so why wasn't he privy to this ? My nails ended up being super ugly , shaped differently some are square some are round and I get the the desk and my nails are $135 I asked why so high this time ? And came making up stuff when I can show every time I've come I have paid the same price and because you know the service was not up to par today it should have actually been money taken off they cut my nails super short and they are ugly but I got charged more. I will be disputing this soon as it is done pending I'll never come back and I've always tipped $10 or more everytime I've come . They just lost a customer being money hungry and not taking accountability. read more

This is a great place to get your nails done. I get my feet done here, myself friendly staff, and always leaving you feeling fresh.

For a small town there aren't many choices but this place tends to have a lot of people so I stopped in today with family. I feel like they rush you here and yell at you to rush you out of the way. I was struggling to pick a color and just ended up picking something after some woman yelled at me for asking a question. Only bright side is the cost but the service is very poor. Tbh I only come as a last resort when in the area, definitely small town energy and they should be careful speaking badly about customers in a different language just because they assume we can't understand. read more

I've never left a negative review; however, I feel it's warranted. Monday, I had my dip removed and a regular manicure with polish. By Wednesday, my nails were chipped; they look horrible. I don't recall a base coat or top coat being used. She applied 2 heavy coats of polish.The girl was definitely not friendly; she sat on her phone while my nails were under a light. I DID note that some of the tools were just placed in a drawer to be used on the next person. I regret not walking out!!!!! read more

This place can kiss my monkey ass. They do not clean there soakers very well at ALL! They don't clean there tools after using them on others! I don't mind waiting but when you rush someone cause your busy , that's some bull shit . I usually get the dead skin removed from my feet before work , but this MF today decided that I didn't need it and completely skipped that part. Keep in mind , the only reason I went was because it was time . I did tell them I wouldn't be back . If I could give less than 1 star I would. read more

My husband & I like getting pedicures every couple of months & we like to splurge & get whatever package that has all the bells & whistles. Since we were in the Natchez/Vidalia area, we decided to try VIP Nails & paid for their deluxe package. The pedicure itself was okay, but aside from getting the bottoms of my feet slapped a time or 3, there were no bells OR whistles. Definitely NOT worth the extra cost. My toenails now have an odd round shape that just looks weird. If they would've paid less attention to their TV & more attention to their work, we might've been happier. And we would've left a bigger tip. read more

I was just tortured for an hour and a half. Pedi was rough. Not sure why he used the Dremel file on my tie nails when I was getting regular polish. No lotion on my feet. Had to remove dip manicure and they wanted to soak in a bowl of acetone. They mysteriously found wraps to remove old dip after telling me they didn't have any of them and I said I was going to another salon. Knicked my cuticles on my nails and cut my nails way too short. Left my nails rough at the tips and dip caked under my nails. And they charge 5% surcharge for use of a credit card. Will definitely NOT return. read more

Since moving to Natchez I've been hoping to find a nice, professional salon for manicures and pedicures. Recently I went to this salon and while I was pleased with the job done, a couple of days later I was sick when one of my fingernails developed a horrible infection around the cuticle. It became so tender nothing could touch it, it swelled and was filled with pus. After trying every home remedy, I finally had to contact a doctor. My finger took about a month to heal after $300 in antibiotics and antibiotic cream. Needless to say I'd never go back here. I have never experienced an infection before. The male who did my nails had long nails and wore no gloves while doing pedicure. read more
