My husband took our young son here for a haircut, and instead of providing a professional service, the owner used the appointment to launch a toxic, bitter smear campaign against her own family. She openly broadcasted deeply personal vulnerabilities, private family drama, and the exact street address of her minor granddaughter to my husband--a complete stranger. We have spent our time explaining to our son that this is the exact opposite of how you protect and cherish a family. A real grandmother and a reputable business owner shields children; they do not weaponize a child's private details to get sympathy from clients in a styling chair. It shows a severe lack of character, zero personal boundaries, and a total failure to protect a minor. This environment is completely unsafe for families, and we will never bring our child back here.
