He said Crawlspace Solutions is the only game in town. We both know the owner of the company as he sometimes shops in our place of work. My friend used to work in the crawlspace industry and knew Jarrod (owner) and the stellar reputation of his company. Jarrod gave me an excellent quote and also told me about the extent of the water intrusion, recommending French drains and a sump pump, in addition to an industrial dehumidifier. Through my research, I was able to understand Jarrod's concerns and his proposed fix. He and his company provided so much more value for the money it was a no-brainer to go with Crawlspace Solutions for this significant project. His crew was professional, expedient, and clearly happy to work for this great company. The day they brought in the gravel for the French drains, they really displayed their teamwork and friendly humor! The entrance to the crawlspace is about 24" square.
