My go-to place everytime I am back in my hometown. It is basically the only decent nightlife place…read morein Prachatice. It has been recently reconstructed, so the furniture is brand new and there is a bit more space than there used to be. During the day it is usually about 80% empty, but if you are planning to go there on friday / saturday night and you need to sit a bigger crowd, it is probably wise to make a free table reservation over the phone. Coctails are always great (they are not overly diluted, like they are in the dance club nearby (like wtf)), the selection is very wide. Selection of drinks in general is huge as well, from the bottom (usual czech Rum&Coke) to premium brands of vodka, champagne, exotic rums, etc.. Coffee is also worth mentioning, it comes from a newly opened local roastery and it is just wonderful. Staff and the owner are always friendly (no, not just to regulars, like myself), so if you ever find yourself in this lovely small town in need of a drink or a cup of coffee, make sure to give this place a visit.
