This store has gone above and beyond for my husband and me, as well as my dad, every time we go in…read more My husband, and the groomsmen, wore tuxes from here for our wedding, and everyone commented on how sharp they looked. My husband recently had to go to Men's Wearhouse to rent a suit for a wedding he was in, and it was nowhere near the class, organization, and service this store has. Most recently, my dad noticed they had a $99 sale, so while my parents were in town, we ventured in there. My dad has a bad experience at the Woodlands store (store associate didn't want to assist at all), but he wanted to come in this one. Cesar helped us with anything and everything we needed. He measured my dad, searched high and low for shirts he wanted in his size, and provided excellent customer service. The store isn't cheap, but their sales absolutely make it worthwhile. If my husband had a suit-and-tie job, I'm sure we'd mostly shop here. If you're a bride to be and are looking for options with the groom and groomsmen, seriously consider Joseph A. Bank. This location will take care of you.

All because she "did more research" on the product and that "a lot of customers" were interested. When I approached the dresser on Wednesday there was no price, I asked for the manager to price it. She told me it'd be $100, then mentioned the early bird special. Which then I proceeded to tell her I'd be back for it then. Only to go to the back room to see it priced at $250 even with 75% off, the manager refused to stick to her original word of what she told me on Wednesday.

The store manager and "co-managers" are rude & unprofessional people, I actually heard them arguing with an employee that proved she came in and worked and was not paid. (whatever the term is aha)..I had to find someone to possibly assist me w/ a Vinyl Decal for a Quote super last minute for my graduation cap design. I had someone originally, but they told me last minute they couldn't do it so I was in hunt mode. And it's hard to find the type of business you may be looking for when all you want is a quote because lots of places are doing more shirts or bigger ticket items. Anywho, she was able to speak w/ me. And we discussed some options for how to proceed. We even got as far as designing what I wanted. She was honest with the unknowns and potential issues regarding what I wanted. However, time was just not favorable on our side. So while it would've been great if I could've messaged her earlier to get it done, I appreciated her coming through with my last minute request & trying to help me even though it didn't work out in the end. It was the effort that really showed me she was at least willing. Everyone else I tried to contact either dropped the ball on communication or was online & id have to wait for shipping, and I wanted someone local for obvious reasons. She's very communicative which is also a plus in the business world.
