Vintage shop

This antique was a great stop. It sits on the end of the famous 7th street strip in Ybor. You could walk through time and time again and still find something you didn't see before. The staff enjoys what they do and remembered the items before they rung them up at the register. There is NO AC and the shop is open air.

Attended each day this past weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday!) - the Vintage Christmas Market... and WOW!! It was like stepping back in time and SO many great items and deals!! Everywhere you looked, there was something else to ooh and aahhh over! Lovely staff that was very helpful and free chilled bottle of waters were on hand. Looking forward to the next one second weekend in November!

Such a wonderful selection of vintage items, and the folks who were working at the event were welcoming and helpful. I visited for the holiday market and I had a great time wandering through the collections and seeing items that brought back so many cherished Christmas memories.

This place is proof that social media works , the steady flow of customers seemed to be endless. After spending a few moments outside under the partial canopy I got a feel for what was in store - it's definitely a hodgepodge of everyday life and an outlet for things that should be repurposed, since everything that can be repurposed should right? The list is endless - nic nacs to vintage clothing the latter seemed to be the draw for many, the racks are scattered throughout allowing access to the other treasures. Popularity brings its challenges, I hope the quality of the inventory can be sustainable. Although it felt a little garage saleish there was enough variety to convince me to continue to push through and I'm glad I did because this is the type of shop that something amazing can suddenly appear. The staff was engaging and super enthusiastic and with its Facebook connection it's likely it will captivate a younger audience and the world will continue to turn - there's no doubt that I'll return when in the area...

This is my second time coming to the 3 Day Holiday Market and I wasn't going to miss it for anything this year! If this place doesn't put you in the Christmas spirit, I don't know what does. I just love how they have each of the vendors items displayed! Every corner is so unique! I walked away with beautiful glass tree dessert plates and satin ornaments that I remember having on my tree growing up. Tip: Get here early! It did get crowded when my friends and I went Saturday. Also, I love that they hold your items up front in a numbered bin so you can enjoy browsing and shopping without juggling all of your goodies! I can't wait to come back! See you next year!

Open approximately 3 years, the current mall hours are 9 AM till 5 PM Friday thru Sunday the 2nd & 4th weekends of the month. Parking is street side, but due to the location it is not a problem. This is a female-owned business that is shared among four friends. With help from their husbands, they manage the 50,000 square feet w/ its 17 vendors. Unlike most antique malls, prices are FIRM. However, if an item is $100+, management will phone vendors (@ a customer's request) to negotiate a discount. Every October, mall inventory is cleared to make room for Christmas merchandise. Thousands of Christmas- themed items fill the interior. Today I was met w/ a surprising amount of mid-century merchandise. It is one of the few antique malls where MCM appeared to outnumber the older time periods. On this visit, vintage furniture was in very short supply (& there doesn't appear to be room for large selections of furniture), but w/ antique malls offerings can vary from day to day. Although prices are dependent upon individual vendors, most throughout the mall appeared REASONABLE. Two members of management were available for checkout. After my transaction was complete, the merchandise was placed in a paper bag. Items I noticed on my trek thru the shoppe: vintage vinyl; vintage costume broaches; a lot of MCM kitchenware & tableware; some vintage clothing; some lamps & lighting fixtures; & a hodgepodge of miscellaneous odds & ends (minus the confusion:). Definitely an INTERESTING collection thru which to browse! There are even some outdoor patio finds-- see pic. If you're seeking furniture, I suggest you phone ahead before driving over. This vintage business regularly advertises on Facebook & Instagram. Staff responds to online questions. Today I bought two small MSM gifts, two crocheted table linens, as well as an owl wall hanging for my half bath; it consisted of the perfect colors & it was just too stereotypical of the fun 1970's to leave behind. Vintage Roost is a clean, well-organized, quality antique & vintage mall. Management was friendly, welcoming, & helpful. I wish it offered more furniture pieces, but (regardless) I will definitely return w/ my antiquing friends...

Looking for something interesting to do on a Friday during the day, I saw an ad for this place on social media and decided to give it a try. It's located a little off the beaten path on 7th Ave, with plenty of street parking nearby. The warehouse consists of many separate areas, all stocked by different vendors, but you pay at the front for whatever you pick out. I was very pleased with the wide selection of items; it was not just vintage items for sale, but many handcrafted items as well. Because we were there the Friday after Christmas, many vendors still had cool Christmas items out. I was told that when we come back, those will have been pulled, and all new merchandise will be out. I love that this place is not open every day, or even every weekend - they are open Fri-Sun every couple of weeks, so the vendors have plenty of time to stock up on new merchandise. It's a great system, and I feel you can find interesting, fun stuff to purchase that you didn't even know you needed.

I love everything about the different types of selection. Some things I even remember as a kid having them at home. Very cool to flash back in the day! So much vintage and antique and I see how everything is popping up every where. I'm sure you will find something you like and something that makes you flash back to a fun time in your life. This is a pretty good size market. Their next market is coming up the weekend after Thanksgiving. Make sure you check them out!

Super cute vintage store! They had a Christmas themed vintage market when I went, and there was an eclectic mix of vintage ornaments, furniture, mugs, etc

If vintage/thrifting/second hand is your thing, Vintage Roost is a must visit! I would highly recommend following them on social media to know when the market is open/etc... there is plenty of parking but I always think it's best to go early so you have a first look at all the fun vintage items. There is absolutely everything from home goods, decor, clothing, toys, electronics. It is full of fun finds and treasures. I went with my friend to go look and ended up walking out with new glassware, a barely used straw and woven bag for vacation, and a huge original illustration by a legitimate artist. I was very impressed and can't wait to keep going back!

I heard about this place through a friend and I'm so happy I did! They're located in Ybor and constantly rotate the items they have in stock. It seems they have items in even the smallest spots hidden throughout the store. I snagged a couple of cute things for gifts and am excited to return at their next market.

This place is pretty amazing, they have a little bit of everything, the prices are decent, and the people are friendly. You'll definitely find something you can't live without.

So fun and authentic vintage shop. Me and my boyfriend came in to the shop and it was aesthetically pleasing. I asked one of the women working for smokers accessories, she led me to some ashtrays. I found a super cute glass Playboy bunny Ashtray. Very reasonably priced and so we left with just that. Hopefully we can come back and find other vintage smokers accessories or more

It's a large storefront that's adjacent to a connecting coffee shop with additional items. It can be overwhelming as there are MANY sections to view. Upon entry are their small vintage pieces and jewelry. There are at least three staff members ready to flag down if you want to look at an item inside one of the cases. The prices do range depending on the age of the item, as well as the commodity. More rare items will naturally be priced higher. I didn't allow myself to thoroughly browse as my friend and I were fatigued from the work week, but I did walk away with a small glass dachshund, gorgeous black chandelier earrings, and a faux diamond necklace. It will be a great statement piece for a night out. I was told that the shop is only open the first Saturday of every month, but I would double check on the accuracy of their hours of operation.

Beautiful pieces at reasonable prices…read more This is not a Goodwill, so don't expect the pieces to be cheap. What's funny is we were just at Goodwill so I saw a glass jar that was similar to one I found at Goodwill, it was $8 at Goodwill and $34 there. However, that was the only piece I found at Goodwill, whereas here there were so many beautiful pieces. You really can't compare the two, so I'll stop here, but I just wanted to make that clear. I've been into helping the environment recently, so I want to buy secondhand pieces when I can. We were looking for a vase. I ended up finding a gorgeous shell shaped vase. They actually had two, but one had a crack on one side, which is why it was discounted by $50. I decided to go for the non cracked one, which was $140. I think this is reasonable for the quality and it's a statement piece. I saw tons of other items that I loved. There was a standing desk for around $350 and a lot of benches and tables all in the couple of hundred dollar range. Again, not cheap, but definitely less expensive than they probably were when they were new. The guy working there was really nice and helpful. Parking was easy on both sides of the building. They pack this place full of such beautiful finds. I will definitely be back.

The female owner was very sweet & her Mexican hairless puppy was fascinating-- I couldn't resist snapping a picture:) Will we return when in the area again? Of course! My buddy was able to pick up a legitimate mid-century metal, butterfly wall sculpture for almost nothing. Although he's going to keep it for his home, now that it's been cleaned up & he's added three glass vintage votive candleholders, he could easily sell it & make a large profit on it. This vintage shoppe sits beside The Florida Farmhouse Market. DEFINITELY STOP IN should you enjoy anything vintage, along w/ savings! And do converse w/ the lovely owner. She was so gracious & appreciative of having her business added to Yelp.
