This place is mad. Walking in through the entrance you'll soon discover that the store is almost like a warehouse for vintage clothing, accessories, shoes and other kitsch items.
I have to be honest here: I was a little overwhelmed by how much stock they have.
There are 50s prom dresses, 80s summer dresses, cowboy boots, leather jackets and more.
The best advice I can give you to try and overcome your initial shock and move in an anti clockwise rotation around the store. You'll work your way through all the various rooms bursting with clothing, and end up in the shoe and jewellery area.
Along your journey make sure you take in the surroundings. You may miss some great posters, vases, bags, figurines and much more.
While the clothes and collection are fantastic, the prices can be a little high, so its always a good idea to just keep your eye out for a bargain.
The service can range from helpful to nonexistent (on a few occasions I have been ignored).
But you don't really go to Vintage Garage for the service. You go to work your way through an enormous library of styles, clothing, accessories and decades. read more
