We stumbled into this wine bar off the square in Pilsen during a rain storm and enjoyed our mid afternoon experience so much that we came back for dinner. The eats are light to medium (bruschettas, et al) but very creative and flavorful, a robust wine list with most by the glass, and top shelf service accompany the modern and light interior. The music at night is of high quality but with an acceptable volume. The ownership couple will meet/greet you some time during your stay, with sincere interest in you. Expect a crowd on most nights. If you like Burgundy wine, try the Czech Pinot Noir which is Burgundian in style, but with an approachable price point. We love this place and now regret we are leaving Pilsen for Vienna tomorrow.
