They have a wine cellar underneath where you can also sit. They have a roof top where they rent it out for parties and weddings, it's vey quaint. Too bad the rooftop wasn't a proper rooftop you could have a drink on. We started off with a couple of appetizers, salad- not much salad but their presentations are art form and gorgeous. We also ordered the octopus, ostrich and platedo (type of meat). The bottles of wine were reasonable priced just not stored properly. It's a hidden restaurant and great for special occasions.

However, once I was introduced to Cantábrico by some friends, this has become one of my go-to bars to watch any Chilean game or to share a pitcher with friends after our Friday soccer games in San Borja park. This simple traditional Chilean"sandwicheria" is a classic on Alameda and its loyal clientele (a mix of students, older men and football fanatics) make it known, as on any given evening their booths are filled. Although there is nothing particularly special about this pub, you can always count on having a great sandwich and fries (they have vegetarian options) and a cold national beer to wash it down. The servers are friendly and the food and drinks come out fast. My favorite part of Cantábrico is knowing that whenever there is a good game on, the pub will be filled to the brim (many people just stand) with local fans cheering (this is a good way to learn many of the Chilean cheers for "la roja").

It's the same restaurant from Madrid and is inside the patio Bellavista. Great atmosphere, very casual, great for beer. We had a bunch of montaditos, bread is crunchy and delicious. Staff isn't friendly, but they aren't rude, just want to get the job done.

The sangria was average and the sandwiches were tasty, but too small. Without happy hour pricing, they are potentially three times the price. Five of these sandwiches would be filling, and spending 12,000 on enough sandwiches to fill you is quite ridiculous. Furthermore, there is no service. You wait in line and pick up your own food. Very exorbitant prices for the lack of service and petite quantities.
