Now, as we all know, the French can cook: it is in their blood -YES - we know that. But authentic Asian cuisine, especially Chinese and Southeast Asian cuisine, is not as much about "good" cooking techniques as it is about authentic homegrown ingredients: original ingredients - from "the Land". This is where the "New Buffet" differs from the many dozens of other faux-Asian buffets in France. This place has the REAL INGREDIENTS. For one, IT'S BIG. This gives it a tremendous power to directly Import food, sauces, and condiments. For two, it has direct access to both the sea and to local farms, which allows it to include the very best local seafood, meat, and produce.
