Located deep in the Belgian Ardennes, this little paradise on the river offers a great set if you…read morego on a sunny and warm day and sit on the terrace. Very relaxing and romantic scenery and the food is excellent. However, the restaurant manager is very rude and you will constantly feel like you bother her. Do not even think about asking for something that is not spelled out on the menu or else you will get a big NO and an attitude. We asked her to open one of the umbrellas that was beside our table to be protected from the sun and oh my! She actually would not do it! We had to do it ourselves! The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful but you could tell that they fear her and this makes the atmosphere a bit heavy and unpleasant. This restaurant is quite pricey. Parking is free.

The cheeseburger was real beef, the lasagne was amazing, the tomato soup was made with real ingredients, and the ambience was great as well. Our waiter was completely professional, super nice, and they were all very friendly, given out American handicap with language and comprehension. GO HERE!!!
