While it does not have the luster of say, Nat Sherman, or other nice smoke shops in the city, Fortune has a spacious, clean, walk-in humidor and a knowledgeable worker inside. If you are looking to purchase a cigar for the first time I'm sure he would make you feel right at home (even though you are not). The lotto/convenience portion has two other gentlemen working. The lotto guy is funny and likes to make jokes about the winning numbers and is easy to get along with, unlike most places you walk into and the utter look of depression and ennui on some of the workers faces is just depressing. The other guy who works at the register where the candy and newspapers and things are is friendly also. Parking lot in front and around back.

All i wanted was the cartridge which he could have told me he didn't sell. He didn't know what I was talking about. He talked me into buying a much higher end vape pen for 250. He didn't tell me nor show me how to use it nor tell me i needed concentrate to use it. The box wouldn't open at home so i had to rip it. It was confusing as hell to set up. I tried to tape up the outside box, put everything back in the packaging and return it. He said because it was open, he couldn't give me the full amount back. I am going to dispute this charge at my bank. This place is a rip-off and the guy behind the counter was rude, discourteous, and didn't explain anything on how to use the product. Bait and Switch.

I had a really disappointing experience at this cigar lounge back in February. My husband and I…read morestopped in while waiting for his car to be serviced, and from the moment we walked in, the attendant's attitude was rude and off-putting. He immediately made a snide comment about if we're going to be there we had to purchase a cigar which I did and then continued to make such comments when my husband was going to smoke his own cigar which he already had. After my husband stepped outside when he came back in the attendant continued making comments about sitting there and using the WiFi, saying that if we were going to sit there, we BOTH needed to buy a cigar. That assumption alone was frustrating--especially since I was using my own hotspot and not their WiFi at all. The way it was handled came across as obnoxious and unwelcoming especially since I purchased 3 cigars in total. On top of that, the cigar selection was nothing special. I've definitely seen much better elsewhere, so there wasn't even a redeeming factor there. The space itself is also very small, with limited seating--you're basically sitting on top of other people, which makes for an uncomfortable experience. Overall, the combination of poor customer service, unimpressive selection, and cramped environment means I will NEVER visit this place again.

They have a terrific humidor room with an outstanding variety of high-end and not so high-end cigars. There is something for everyone and all reasonably priced. They even a couple of seats in the back of the humidor room to sit, relax, hang with some friends and chat. What was easy to notice was the amazing ventilation system throughout.
