I called to order birthday flowers for a friends 95th birthday. The woman on the phone rudely asked when her birthday was. I said her birthday is Sunday and I know this is mothers day weekend so they can be delivered anytime. She said I cant do that. I asked for Monday after Mothers day she said she would ask. Her tone was very rude the entire time. She came back and told me she could not help me at all. I said when can you deliver flowers. She said, we cant. I read the reviews saying that this floral shop was rude but thought if I was very nice they would be as well, they were not. I am a retired floral designer from a large floral shop in Houston, Texas, I understand how busy mothers day is. There was no reason for the rudeness. I suppose when you are the only floral shop in town you can be rude and refuse business at a whim. I spent my $150.00 on something other than flowers. No wonder the Floral business is dying with people like this. I hope when their floral business closes due to lack of business they will become happier nicer people. I doubt it. read more

If I could give no stars I would. The owner was a racist, condescending prick. He wouldn't even help me look up my order to see where my flowers where at. From the very beginning he was rude and wasn't no help. They took my money and weren't even helpful at all. Worst customer service!!! Don't buy from this place read more

I eventually got it. Imagine my dismay when the card said: Darn sorry to hear about your mom's passing vs. Dawn, sorry to hear about your mom's passing. When I called to get it corrected, they laughed. I asked to get a new receipt sent to me to double check that card had been changed (which mind you, they charged me $2.99 for). Still have not received receipt and have followed up yet again. I am on 4 phone calls and 1 email trying to get this taken care of. Save yourself some grief and go elsewhere.

The first time the card was misplaced and we had no idea who sent it, when we tried to reach both locations there was never an actual person to answer the phones. The second time we reviewed a nice bouquet but it was clearly not fresh. When we saw the person that sent it and thanked them for the flowers they were upset that it was supposed to be relived 3 days before. (Flowers are not cheap, if they are paid to be delivered that day, then that is what should happen. After a few hours the flowers look tired and some nearly ready to be tossed. I would not recommend this florist, try Town & County instead.
