I called today to order flowers for an employee's mom who passed away. I spelled everything and…read morewas very explicit about what to say on card, etc. I also asked that they email me the receipt. I eventually got it. Imagine my dismay when the card said: Darn sorry to hear about your mom's passing vs. Dawn, sorry to hear about your mom's passing. When I called to get it corrected, they laughed. I asked to get a new receipt sent to me to double check that card had been changed (which mind you, they charged me $2.99 for). Still have not received receipt and have followed up yet again. I am on 4 phone calls and 1 email trying to get this taken care of. Save yourself some grief and go elsewhere.
