When I walked into the house the morning of my wedding after getting my hair done, I thought I died. All the bouquets were there and were far more beautiful and stunning than I ever could've imagined. I cried as soon as I saw my bouquet (mostly made up of white hydrangeas and red dahlias). I loved everything about my wedding, but I have to say my flowers really made it all for me. Joyce is so sweet, and really flexible and helpful. She really tries to do exactly what you want- but with her amazing special touch. Plus everything was on time- from bouquet delivery to decorating the church and reception hall. On Sunday, October 20, 2019 I placed an order with youflowers.com who works with local florists to…read moresend out arrangements as my friend's father had passed away that morning. I ordered the Enchanted Cottage arrangement that consisted of white full-size roses, white spray roses, lavender stock and waxflower in a glass vase with a lavender satin ribbon. I paid extra for two things, one having a deluxe bouquet and two, to have it delivered on Monday, October 21. Monday, I received an email saying the recipient had received the arrangement, however, after speaking to my friend she had neither received the arrangement Monday nor Tuesday. The recipient then received the delivery on Wednesday the 23rd which consisted of a small bouquet that had zero spray roses, was filled with baby's breath (which is a cheaper filler flower) as well as the flowers were droopy and wilted, looking like they were almost dead. I called youflowers, who were very nice, and said that they would have a second arrangement delivered to the recipients the following day. Thursday morning, I received a call where once I picked up names were barked at me; no hello, no letting me know who was calling me. I spoke to a sales associate, Leanne, from the florist Four Seasons, who said that they would deliver a new arrangement later that day but wanted to take back the flowers that were delivered the previous day. I found that tacky and did not want that to happen and instead of trying to resolve the issue in some other way she decided to fight with me about it. Leanne would then speak to the owner who was in the shop with her about me while I was on the phone. I told her I would have to call her back as our conversation was going nowhere and I was late for a meeting. I called about two hours later where I was sitting in a room with an associate by me. Leanne was not listening to the fact that I said that if they were going to take the flowers back then I didn't want them to even redeliver a new one at all as my friend was coming back from a funeral and I found that very embarrassing to have something taken back that was already delivered. She started raising her voice so loudly that the person sitting next to me could hear clearly how she was speaking to me through the phone. Once again, she decided to talk about me see with the owner while I was still on the phone so I could hear how she was discussing me. She started raising her voice so loudly when I asked her to stop speaking to me in that manner, so she decided to hang up on me. I then called back and spoke to a different woman whose name is Mary who is the owner of Four Seasons. I explained the way that Leanne spoke to me and that was unacceptable, and Mary was not only rude but condescending to me, so I see where Leanne gets that. Mary was also super rude and not one of them had any empathy when I made a comment about how somebody's father had passed. I literally had to say that they messed up and I paid extra for all of these extra things that I didn't receive, and I didn't even get an apology. Instead, I was screamed at and talked about so that I could hear. The customer service is atrocious! The lack of empathy and business etiquette is disgraceful! Please do not waste your money on this horrific place! There are other florists in the area who are pleasant and send out beautiful arrangements.

Disappointed and Frustrated - Poor Communication…read more I placed an online order for a floral arrangement for a friend who just lost a loved one. When I couldn't get anyone on the phone initially, I went ahead and submitted the order online. I received a strange email hours later with no real explanation, so I called the store to follow up--only to be told the order had been canceled because they had no flowers available. What really upset me was that no one bothered to call me to let me know. I was under the impression all day that the arrangement had been delivered. When I spoke to the woman at the shop, she claimed she did call mebut I never received a call or voicemail. When I asked her to confirm the number, she insisted she called the correct one and was very dismissive about it. It felt like I was being lied to. The whole experience was unprofessional and stressful, especially given the circumstances. A simple phone call or honest communication would have made all the difference. I won't be ordering from here again. (I also called the recipient to be sure they didn't accidentally call her and neither of us received a call)

I picked them up on Valentine's Day. One had been made, the other either never made or accidentally sold. They quickly put together a replacement and threw in a few extras to accommodate the 'hassle'. All said and done I was in and out in 15 minutes on presumably a pretty busy flower day. I'd describe the arrangements as nice and fresh, because that's really the extent of my floral knowledge. My wife loved them; even asked if I'd had them somehow sent from Winston's in Boston. Everyone in the shop was pleasant and I'd definitely get flowers from Whites again in the future.
