Overall the store is kept fairly clean and organized. I wish they were better at getting prices on either the products or the shelves. They are really bad about that during the holidays on seasonal items. Besides their good weekly and seasonal deals, I enjoy having this Walgreens close to me because they are available 24 hours a day when you need something in the middle of the night. Also, they have quick easy access due to their location and entrances from either Mansfield Rd or Burt Kouns and checkout is normally quick.

I went to the front desk to request the code and the employee made sure to finish whatever she was saying with her coworker before asking if I needed something. Then I asked for the code to the door and she said "the bathrooms are not even open" and then she tells her coworker she couldn't remember what she was saying. Rude!

They rarely make eye contact or speak with you--instead, they talk at you and show little to no empathy. I've been told to come back in a couple of hours for my prescription, only to still wait up to an additional hour once I return. This has happened more than once. Because of the lack of customer service and long wait times, I would not recommend this store.
