When customers pick up flowers they've paid for and pre-ordered days in advance, they reasonably expect them to be fresh and presentable. Receiving withered blooms and leaves damaged by insects on an important occasion is unacceptable. Not everyone has the time to wait for a fix, especially on the day the flowers are needed. This review is public and remain on the top so future customers can be aware of real experiences and make informed decisions, rather than risk running into the same situation. I got what I was looking for, but also found other very beautiful plants and flowers for next time! The owner was very nice and kind. She watered my plant a little bit before handing it to me and told me how to take care of it. I also asked her about other plants and she took her time to tell me about them even though she was busy with paperwork. I just found the security guy a tad bit irritating as the shop was small and there are plants everywhere, so there wasn't a lot of space to move around. He was there every time I turn around. He kind of deterred me from browsing the plants for the future because I felt that I was watched and there's the whole social distancing and crowdedness/small space etc etc. Great plants!

After checking all the other reviews, I see people love the service and flowers but in all honesty, I could not give it 5 stars. Perhaps the flowers are just not my cup of tea. Maybe I couldn't visualize the dried flowers in a vase in my home. I've created attractive, dried flower arrangements myself. When I looked at the flowers in the store, they did not look like really fresh flowers. Some of the pictures from other reviews don't show really fresh flowers, but the actual arrangements are very nice. I may give Christina a chance and stop by to pick up a small bouquet before I buy a larger bouquet. I wish I knew her pricing for bouquets of fresh flowers , but from all the items in her store, her prices were reasonable. Christina was also lovely and not pushy at all; she let me look around at my leisure. I'd like to find out more about why so many people love this place!
