The food was perfect. The batter was crisp and perfectly cooked. The fish was moist and steaming. The chips were hand made with the skins still on. It was very crowded and so hot today. The cakes and sweets are all sitting out on a table like a buffet in the heat and while the idea is nice, it is all situated close to the bathroom. The moment I walked in to the "Stora Salongen" my mind went back to Vegas, this is the closest thing you can come to a big exclusive club as the ones in the US! They have everything I expect from a great club, a cool lightshow for you to go crazy at and enough dancefloors for everyone! Along the sides you have enough bars for an army and they have a big terrace were you can mingel or cool yourself of after hours of shufflin! The building itself is beautiful and the "Stora Salongen" reminds you of a royalpalace! I will be going here again and it's defiently the place to end the night out at!

Our room was European standard (small) but clean it faced the water which was nice. It had 2 side tables w a lamp, a desk w chair and 1 sitting chair, the closet had an iron/board. The bathroom had a towel warmer, blow dryer and the amenities they had in both the sink area and shower were the soap dispensers. No drawers for clothes but that was ok w us considering we were only there 2 nights. We ate downstairs *ground level and it was very nice. I had the Baltic fries herring w glass of white wine *it was good and husband had the burger (*he said it was just "OK"). For breakfast (*included) was in the main restaurant and it was quite nice, muesli w fixings, scrambled eggs (*which I found mushy), bacon, soft/hard boiled eggs, variety of cheeses/meats, sliced veggies, juices/tea/coffee/water, fresh breads/croissants. There's actually a couple of other restaurants outside of the gots that you would enjoy as well. This is a very small place so don't expect a lot. We enjoyed strolling around and just soaking it all in. We would definitely return :)
