Plus he is just so so knowledgeable or he knows the right people to refer you to if he needs to. There's a lab onsite so you don't have to travel to the main hospital for that. I've had my fair share of health issues and I always feel welcome and safe and understood here. Oh and they're always running either on time or early, I've never had to wait. Wicked responsive on patient site too. Location is nice and easy to get to and has security before the elevators which is a nice touch in the area. So glad they take my newly changed insurance, I was almost willing to pay out of pocket to keep coming here!

I've had other doctors and she is really the best. Makes you feel comfortable and remembers things that you tell her. Only thing that wasn't great was sometimes its hard to get an appointment or you wait a bit but thats typical everywhere I've found. Her nurse Beth is really nice also. They actually make going to the doctors not so bad. The office is great cause it is associated with Mass General. Great hospital. Moved out of state to NYC and I really miss the wonderful care I received. Hoping to move back and be her patient again one day!

She wants you to ask questions and doesn't seem to judge anyone. The first time you go is really just for a consultation so I had to make another appointment for a physical. The only problem with that is that the appointment is in May because she is so busy! Her nurse, Beth, told me that she will return my calls (if I call) and really be my contact because Dr. Ramos is so busy. But I am hoping that isn't an issue. Also, the convenient North End location means that if I were to ever get sick, I wouldn't have to travel far to see my doctor. Although getting an appointment with her might be an issue...

The professional way of dealing with patients, their logistics and setup, their green spaces to rest and relax, the care, etc....all had been top notch. We have been here for over 8 hours with a patient who is in heart failure. And we are still waiting. The staff there are well aware that they are overstretched and they couldn't care less. This Charlestown location can be quite far from downtown Boston, hence a bit inconvenient, but it was a necessary and welcoming substitute for getting your regular six month dental checking every six months -- again, since the Northend Waterfront location is undergoing some restructuring/reconstruction. Front desk staff are very friendly, friendlier than the Northend, I must say. Overall, highly recommended!

It's rare to find an entire dental clinic that is so competent, up to date, and enjoyable to go to. I used to have an extreme fear of the dentist, as I've had many bad visits in the past. Once I changed to this place though, I actually look forward to going. My dental health has improved significantly since attending.
