Instead, I was told I needed to complete a 30‑minute telehealth visit for general questions before I could see the doctor. They said they could issue a referral during that telehealth visit, but that wasn't helpful because I need the doctor's advice first. I spoke with three different representatives, and none of them could clearly explain the cost of the initial telehealth appointment or how to transfer my records from my previous provider. I ended up cancelling the appointment and plan to find a new PCP.

Plus he is just so so knowledgeable or he knows the right people to refer you to if he needs to. There's a lab onsite so you don't have to travel to the main hospital for that. I've had my fair share of health issues and I always feel welcome and safe and understood here. Oh and they're always running either on time or early, I've never had to wait. Wicked responsive on patient site too. Location is nice and easy to get to and has security before the elevators which is a nice touch in the area. So glad they take my newly changed insurance, I was almost willing to pay out of pocket to keep coming here!

The only problem with that is that the appointment is in May because she is so busy! Her nurse, Beth, told me that she will return my calls (if I call) and really be my contact because Dr. Ramos is so busy. But I am hoping that isn't an issue. I was incredibly impressed by the care and positive attitudes of everyone I encountered, from a security guard who found us looking for the right atrium and offered to lead us there, and the doctors, but most especially the nurses. The nurses in the PACU were incredibly kind, advocating for my needs and helping me understand what my recovery would look like and what steps I should take when discharged. I would highly recommend Tufts for surgery, and whatever they're paying their nurses is not enough because they're genuinely the best!

Nurse I think , called security, they put their hands on me , ( assaulted me ) and removed me from the hospital for taking a picture of myself....Which I showed their security people the photograph. I'm flushing out my colon and trying to use only three patient bathrooms available in the ER for patients ... That was one miserable experience plus in the middle of the treatment I'm assaulted by a female security guard for no reason , ie...sitting on my stretcher while she tries to hurt my hand and wrist , and then the nurse manager comes and says , your out of here .... In the middle of a bowel flush they force me to the street. My complaints go nowhere and the asshole in patient relations ,was the most incompetent jerk I've ever spoken with.... Do not go to this hospital as they are inept at patient care and won't even own up to their own mistakes and actions ... What a scam these patient advocates are ...Totally protect MGH at all costs and not the PATIENT. F--k you MGH and your shitty staff.

This Charlestown location can be quite far from downtown Boston, hence a bit inconvenient, but it was a necessary and welcoming substitute for getting your regular six month dental checking every six months -- again, since the Northend Waterfront location is undergoing some restructuring/reconstruction. Front desk staff are very friendly, friendlier than the Northend, I must say. Overall, highly recommended!

It's rare to find an entire dental clinic that is so competent, up to date, and enjoyable to go to. I used to have an extreme fear of the dentist, as I've had many bad visits in the past. Once I changed to this place though, I actually look forward to going. My dental health has improved significantly since attending.
