I stayed here many years ago (disclaimer), and it will always be a favorite spot - nestled up in the hills above Todi a little less than a mile from town. It has the most beautiful terrace with breathtaking views, where you can enjoy your morning espresso as you plan your day and listen to the church bells along you to explore.
The rooms were very nice with a private bath, and the staff were very attentive to us Americans. There was also a lovely pool, surrounded by beautiful landscaping.
We used this hotel as a "hub" to do day trips to various surrounding cities, but of course we also walked to Todi and enjoyed the local scene there since it was within walking distance.
It was quiet during our stay in May - not sure if it was the off season or it's always that way, but it was a wonderful hotel with very good hospitality.
