As the group was a student group we got a special deal where we were just served a multiple course meal every night. The food was always spectacular. No matter what was served I was a big fan. I also ordered off of the menu several times, just for kicks and once again there was nothing that disappointed. My favorite (if its possible to choose one) had to be the crab ravioli. Good lord was it good. Best ravioli I've ever had, hands down. The people who work at the restaurant and hotel were all incredibly nice. They would joke around with us and just made us all feel that we were really at home. I was so sad to leave Villa Maria in this beautiful little town. I know that I have to go back. It would be worth it just for the crab ravioli.

Not to mention the hotel pictures were beautiful and the location is very close to the cruise port. We arrived early and 2 of the 4 couples in our group were able to check in. This allowed us to freshen up and store our things between the two rooms. All of our rooms were very modern - the hotel is modern overall - and each room offered a different amenity. Ours had a nice balcony with a door both in the bedroom and bathroom, we had a street view. Our friends' room had a lovely beach view and another friend's room also had a balcony. The room was neat and clean and had a stand alone shower, which we were happy about. The only negative for me was the small elevator, equipped to carry 2 people with bags and possibly 4 without. It is also extremely slow. As is common in Italy, there were no face/washcloths at this hotel - although they offered hand and body towels - so bring your own. We ate at the restaurant which was lovely - fresh seafood and on-the-water seating. On another note, the beach itself is just ok, but it was a refreshing time there. The public beach is very rocky, private beach is a little better. Hotel is in a great location with a secure gate that is locked after dark. Staff was extremely friendly and made this a wonderful stay. I would definitely return.

The staff for the hotel and the restaurant were very helpful. Had a really good experience and would recommend it.

Found this spot on Trip Advisor and would like to share it with my fellow Yelpers. We were looking for our hotel which was walking distance from the train station but had a hard time finding it due to lack of street signs. Don't try finding this place at night unless you know where you're going. My boyfriend and I walked around for quite a bit with no luck so we walked back to the train station and were able to get a cab to take us there. Again, it's hard to find at night so cab it instead. Our room was cozy and we were able to sleep well. There was no blow dryer, so make sure to bring your own and an adapter. Unfortunately, I blew out my hair straightener which left me without one for about 3 weeks while traveling throughout Europe (but that's a different story) ha! Just make sure your straightener has dual voltage and you'll be fine. Make sure to have Euros. When we paid, the preferred method of payment was in cash. The owner Rosanna was very sweet and asked how our stay was. Very hospitable. She even offered us something to eat before we headed out. We had to leave to catch our ship, but thanked her for her hospitality.

The only negative is…read morethat the apartment has a very musty smell.We stayed in the apartment for 6-nights in February to celebrate my birthday. Prior to our visit Silvio answered all our emails promptly and provided a great fact sheet with a map along with advice on restaurants and locations of shops and supermarkets etc. He arranged for a transfer from the airport which saved time catching trains and finding taxis at the Terminus station. The apartment is exactly as advertised. In addition it is very well equipped with lots of towels, plenty of hot water and a great kitchen where we ate in on a few nights. There is also WiFi and cable internet which was great as I always carry my laptop to keep in touch. The main plus is the location as nearly all sites are within walking distance. The Metro is only 12 minutes away, yet because the apartment faces onto a courtyard, it is so quiet at night. On our arrival we were met by Giorgio who showed us around. Silvio also gave us his mobile number to keep in touch should we have any queries during our stay. We have traveled a lot and stayed in many apartments but there are not many that we find where we really felt as if it weres home There was even a bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine to help us settle in. Despite this being our 4rth visit to Rome, we still have many places left to see so we will definitely be back and hopefully will get to stay at Via Crezcenzio 19 again. A couple of restaurants to recommend - 'Maccheroni' near Piazza Navona and our favourite - Ragno d'Oro in Via Silla (off of Via Cola di Renzo), a family run place with no menu, an owner who speaks English and exceptional food at very good prices (we were the only non-Italians amongst many local customers)the apartment was incredibly nice ahd we shoudl really use it again no problem y use your service in the future I would hesitate to use this apartment.
