Found Ninja Ramen near shopping and the theater district. Walked in just after opening so no trouble finding a table. The atmosphere was nice and they gave attention to details to make you feel like you were in Japan. Our server was very attentive and spoke English, French and German and was well briefed on Ramen and Japanese culture. Great drink selection and ramen options. Food was good and would have given the place a 5 but the ramen was from a package and still in block form when arrived at table. After some patience and stirring it was good to go. Can definitely see returning.

I need to give you first some context about Chinese food in Belgium (or at least in Brussels): in…read moremy humble opinion, it is not really as good as in other countries. That opinion just changed after my visit to "Le Shanghai". Not only my experience was extremely good but I think it is among the best Chinese food I have ever had in my life. This is a very refined Chinese kitchen experience. I had a "Menu Decouverte" and this is really a good option to discover and fully appreciate this place. The prices could appear high but let me tell you that you get plenty of exquisite food, so at the end what you get is a real bargain. If you are in Liège and you enjoy Chinese food and you can afford this place, you should not hesitate. The place indeed gets extremely busy especially during the weekend and for dinner. So think about making a reservation few days in advance. For lunch (at least during the week), it should be fine to show up looking for a table. You won't be disappointed. The service is also amazing. The wine list impressive and the food menu is quite large and with an exuberant variety of dishes including for instance frog legs.
