They keep this place immaculate and stocked with breakfast goodies. We couldn't get enough of the Italian style moka pot that we just had to purchase and bring home. Coffee never tasted so divine! Location is ideal as La Rotonda and Al Nani are in walking distance, as is Monte Berico. Running path out back is a perfect access point to so many charming points of interest. Surrounding neighborhood has a great market with amazing cheeses and cured meats (I miss my speck!). Also a couple of bars, pastry shop and a spaghettaria just a hop away. Perfect spot for day trips and a place to call home while exploring. UNESCO part is a 20 minute walk away and extremely simple to navigate. Rooms have their separate, private baths and shares a common kitchen area as an apartment. Ours had a great terrace we spent a lot of time having breakfast, or afternoon wine and cheese. Looking forward to returning to Vicenza and using this again as a launch point to more of northern Italy. Applausi per la vita!

There is a market down the road where we purchased cheese, snacks, wine on top of the plentiful breakfast items and coffee, tea, etc. that were stocked by host. Plenty of good places to eat within walking distance. Bob and Jenny could not have been better hosts. We felt at home but even better we felt submerged in Italian culture so close to town in Vicenza. They even have a service for travel to and from train / airport. I can't say enough about our amazing stay. This is a great home base if you are considering travel to Venice, Verona, Florence and Pisa.

There was a nice breakfast included and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast wasnt super great I will say, I if you have an additional person they charge 12 euro for it. It is your standard faire but when its the last option, beggars cant be choosers. I believe if I am back in Lago di Garda I will try and stay here again.

There is limited car parking at the front of the hotel and a small patio area with a swimming pool and gardens at the back. We stayed in a room with a small balcony overlooking over the road which had views of Lake Garda, the rooms were clean and bright but the bathroom was on the small side. The breakfast was of a good standard and I particulary liked the home made bread, there was plenty of choice - friuts, yogurts, cooked meat, cereals etc and food replenished quickly. Its no more than a 10 minute walk into the centre of malcesine and I would recommend staying here if your on a budget. I would not recommend for people with disability though as there are steps to get into the hotel and stairs to the rooms

Rooms are quite small but are very clean. There are sweet gardens and a pool which many of the smaller places in Malcesine don't have. Breakfast is included and includes home made bread, cheese, ham, egg and cereals and fruit juices. This place was a real bargain for the price we paid. Staff were also very helpful and assisted us with our plans.

We had a large suite on the second floor, with a huge deck overlooking the valley and vineyards. Absolute heaven. This is wine country, and the owners have their own vineyards that surround the house. For 6 Euro you can buy a bottle (or two or three...) The hosts are a family, 3 generations living there on the side of the mountain. The building itself was constructed only a counple of years ago, so everything is new, but semi-rustic. One evening we walked into Pedersano for pizza. On our way back the skies opened and it started pouring. Just at that moment, the host's father pulled up in his car and told us to jump in. He drove us back to the B&B. Apparently they had become worried about us and sent the grandfather out to fetch us. Wow. Finally, I shouldn't even need to state this explicitly...but my family is a bit non-traditional (gay parents, one of whom is Black, and two biracial kids). The hosts didn't even blink. They were totally warm and welcoming.
