Mostly visited by senior citizens. Coming back after the room was cleaned I noticed a few things: fresh towels were more or less thrown in a corner in the bathroom and the 2 bathrobes were gone that were not used right when we wanted to use them. The (unchilled) bottle of water that I drank was also not replaced. I personally also did not like the beds. The pillows were to soft and did not provide any support. End result: I did not sleep well.

The rooms were comfortable I had a great view of the park, river and the town. The food was good.The price of a room was very reasonable.(compared to where we have stayed) The staff are very polite, courteous and very helpful, (they spoke excellent English) I was there with a group and we shall be booking it again for next time we visit and I shall also be recommending it to any other of our friends who will be visiting Bad Kissingen next year. All in all a great place to stay. See you next year

They have different category rooms, given the unattractive color palettes of the newer premium ones I'm not sure it's worth the upcharge. Service was friendly. Totally disastrous if you are vegan! We had announced ahead that we were vegan but the enormous breakfast buffet has almost nothing to offer! Some rolls and slices of cucumber, tomato and peppers. And some fruit! No Plantbased milks, cheese or anything really! Totally shocking given the size of the hotel, amount of food on display and the fact that we are located in a spa town in Germany ! Healthy eating is not a priority at this establishment! Instead guests can fill their plates with bacon, eggs and processed meats to start the day! While I understand that most people probably don't care I do believe that in 2022 this is not acceptable at all! Even fast food restaurants such as Mc Donald's and Nordsee offer vegan options by now! Bon Appetite! When we checked out I mentioned the poor options and we were comped the parking for the length of our stay. Appreciate this gesture. Thank you.
