I made multiple calls requesting my certificate of completion. During one of those calls, the representative was rude and repeatedly told me to stop talking when I tried to explain the promises that had been made to me on three separate occasions but were never fulfilled. I could hear her speaking with her manager in the background, and the manager refused to address my concerns, stating that he had multiple other things to do. The explanation I was eventually given was that they were transitioning to a new system, which had never been mentioned during any of my previous calls. Instead of resolving the issue, they expected me to drive all the way to their Morton Grove office just to pick up my certificate. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing customer service experience. Communication was poor, commitments were not honored, and the lack of professionalism made what should have been a simple process unnecessarily stressful.

Not only is my boy hooked but I have a deeper respect for these guys that take their time to take the students seriously. Alden in the office was brilliant at working out the scheduling that worked with our crazy calendar and we now have a fully licensed rider who sailed through the test with zero marks taken off. When you are able to schedule a lesson the instructor may or may not show up. There are a ridiculous amount of hoops you have to jump through in order to actually get them to send the proper paperwork to the DMV for your kid to get a license, though they will tell you they sent the proper documentation and then when you get to the DMV at 9 am on Saturday morning for your appt you will learn that these idiots did not, in fact, submit the necessary paperwork. Take my advice and choose any other driving school

It was such a relief to find a clinic where I felt completely heard and understood. After a few weeks of relief from the treatment I finally had the courage to let my psych know that I no longer wanted to be on the meds. It has been going well for me since then. I've read a few books on Traditional Chinese medicine and it has been a great learning experience. Bring shorts to change into. Make enough time in your day to dedicate the time to heal.
