He sent his report same day for me to forward to the builder and even followed up with us to ensure everything got taken care of by them. He also came back out a few weeks later to do another inspection and ensure everything was taken care of properly which wasn't included in our initial inspection but he did it anyway. I fully recommend him to anyone and everyone. He is worth every penny (which was more reasonable than others) and saved us a ton of money by finding these major issues up front. He has gone out of his way for our family and we cannot thank him enough.
