She was more than willing to see a lot of houses in a 2-day period because I needed to move fast and quickly learn the area and the market. Ultimately, I went with new construction and Chelsea was instrumental in the purchasing process ad the blue tape walkthrough. She was picking out things for the builder to address that I would have totally missed. She kept me on point throughout the process of getting approved through closing. She was constantly following up with Lennar on my behalf and kept the process smoothly moving forward.

She went above and beyond to make sure we were found the right house even from 1200 miles away. For us, that meant walking away from 2 houses that didn't pass inspection. As a former Realtor, I know excellence when I see it--and Don is truly one of those rare gems. Out of all the agents I have worked with, Don stood out as the fastest and most attentive. From the very beginning, he took immediate action--sending a yard man right away and ensuring the keypad was set up and working perfectly. His responsiveness and professionalism made a real difference. It's not often you come across someone who follows through with such efficiency, care, and integrity. I wholeheartedly recommend Don for the outstanding work he has done. Thank you again, Don--it truly means a lot. Warm regards, Ali

Keela was an absolute godsend to my family and I!…read more I had to let go of my previous realtor and after some research online, I came across the McGraw Group and reached out. Keela and I had a conversation over the phone, then she sent me a thoughtful and sweet video going over some information we discussed over the phone. With her help, we were able to go from desperately searching for a home in March/April 2022 to closing on our perfect home (with only our second offer!) in May 2022. I couldn't have gone through this stressful process without having her to turn to at every step. Even after our closing, she's still been there to answer any questions I have. Keela is a true professional and I 10/10 recommend her to anyone searching for a home.

We contacted him a little over a year ago to manage our rental home in Richardson and we haven't had to worry about a thing since then. He is very knowledgeable and well-connected in the community, which made the leasing process very easy for us homeowners. He quickly found well qualified tenants for our house - his screening process is very thorough and, as a result, we never had to worry about our tenants not paying rent on time. He is also extremely efficient.. whenever there was a minor repair/maintenance needed, Kevin would be able to get a contractor to assess and fix the issue within days. Living in California, we needed a property manager that we can fully trust because we're not nearby to check on the house. Kevin is VERY responsive to communication, I'm actually not sure if he ever sleeps. When we had an issue with our water heater, Kevin was on vacation and he was texting us from Paris and London! So yes, he really goes above and beyond! I appreciate the effort that Kevin puts in to make sure we are kept up-to-date on everything going on with our house so we don't have to worry about it. Kevin is a fantastic advocate for homeowners and renters alike, and I HIGHLY recommend him for your property management needs.
