We had early morning flight 6:15AM from Vienna so no public transportation was available. Booked online for the transfer service and communicated with manager Robert to make sure the pick up location was correct as our hotel was not listed on their website despite being a large and established hotel in Vienna: Hilton Vienna. The hotel is under major renovation and 2 of the entrances were closed. I had my wife waiting inside the door and I walked around the corner to cover the other 2 entrances since the driver was not outside when we came down 3:25 AM for 3:30AM pickup. Driver arrived at 3:31AM and went to the closed entrances. I ran back to the other side of the hotel and brought my luggage at wife to the car. Nice White Skoda station wagon running on diesel with clean interior. However the driver was going Dangerously fast on the freeway zigzagging through other cars and a couple of trucks up to 150 KM/Hr which was almost 100 MPH. The limit was 80 KM/Hr most of the way and maybe 100KM/Hr at one point but certainly not 140 to 150 KM that he was going most of the way on freeway. Luckily we arrived without any incident. I had the quote of either €32 credit card or €27 cash, confirmed with Robert the manager. After arriving the driver was asking for €32 even though I told him I was paying cash. He said system is showing €32. I told him I have cash of €30 prepared and he can take it or I pay with credit card. He reluctantly took it and was going to give me €3 changes which I told him to keep it. The main reason I picked this company is because of the TripAdvisor put this as #1 reviews under the category. Another company with very similar name has almost the same review star level on Google didn't charge extra for credit card. I believe my case was more isolated and Robert has been good in communication as a manager that is why I still put a neutral rating despite the dangerous behavior of the 1 driver. read more

Booked with them online for a one way trip to the airport at 4:30 AM. Confirmed over the phone with Robert just to make sure because of the early morning pick up time. Service was friendly and efficient throughout. The taxi was on time (actually a little early). The driver was courteous, nice, and helped with the luggage. The driver got us to the airport very fast and the car was spacious and comfortable. Great service, would recommend them highly! read more

Close to midnight we lost our ride to the airport the next morning. Booking online (their phones close at 11 PM) was simple and took less than two minutes. The driver was waiting outside timely and was friendly. As it turns out, I later realized I had left something in the taxi, and emailed them from New York the next day. A very helpful and professional gentleman named Robert offered to either ship it to us or have it dropped off in Vienna. We chose the latter, and days later our friends, who will be visiting NY next month, have the item and will bring it with them on their visit. Overall great experience. Will use them again. read more

Great service. I booked a cab the night before an early morning flight and Robert contacted me via text message to confirm my pick up within the hour. I wasn't able to pay with cash but they understood and allowed me to pay with card. The woman who picked me up in the morning was right on time and was very kind. The car was also clean. I had a great experience with this cab company. read more

Avoid this cab service completely! Driver arrived about 5 minutes early and rang doorbell. Went down two flights of stairs and informed him we would be right down as we had luggage. He rudely informed me we had ordered a cab at 4:15am (yes, I am very capable of reading the time). He literally speed through traffic and there was not a single car we did not pass! Car smelled like cigarette smoke as well. When we got to the airport he told us it would be 35 euros when the website clearly states 27 euros. We were appalled, but that early in the morning, who's going to argue with an angry man in a foreign country? While we were inside the car getting out the money, he impatiently dumped our suitcases on the road (yes, the road) and called out to us, "girls I'm outside!" Overall, worst cab experience in a non third world country and I have done extensive traveling. Do not utilize this company. You may as well pay a higher rate for a more reputable company through the Vienna airport website. Those companies even use Mercedes as their standard car. We got a Skoda Octavia. read more

I live in Montreal and I had to travel alone, on business, to Vienna in October. I wanted to prearrange taxi pickup at the airport to take me to my hotel. I looked on line but all the airport taxi sites were primarily in German and did not appear to accept Visa credit card. Then I found the Vienna Airport Cab site and it was all in English and indicated that they will accept the credit card. I filled out the reservation for the taxi and within a minute I received an email from a real person (not automated response) who confirmed my reservation and answered all my questions and concerns. I was pleasantly surprised and feeling more comfortable. 24 hrs before my flight I received another confirmation text from the taxi company, again from a real person, confirming my reservation and telling me how to find the driver once I picked up my luggage. Also informing me that wifi would be available at the airport. As soon as I picked up my luggage and notified the driver he answered immediately and I met him in the terminal. He drove a new Mercedes Benz and spoke perfect English and everything went very well. I then reserved him to pick me up from my hotel when I was to depart from Vienna. It all went very well again. They also have a loyalty program with a card that they stamp but since I would not return to Vienna anytime soon I declined to take it. I highly recommend this company, they definitely took the stress of being a woman travelling alone away. read more

My wife and I vacationed in Salzburg/Vienna/Budapest in October 2015. We needed a reliable taxi service to get us from Vienna International Airport to our Vienna hotel, to drop off luggage, and then get us to the Westbahnhof on time to catch our reserved train to Salzburg. I chose Vienna-Airport-Cab based on its website, which I perceived to be professional and informative. I was not disappointed. As soon as we touched down I was contacted by the dispatcher, informing me that the driver was waiting for us. The auto was clean and comfortable. We couldn't have hoped for a better driver. He was courteous and polite, and appropriately sociable. He pointed out places of interest as we drove, made suggestions for where we might want to visit, and even exchanged some personal history with us. We felt very comfortable with him. We got to both of our destinations in a minimum amount of time, but always with safe driving. And the fare was very reasonable, as posted on the website. I highly recommend Vienna-Airport-Cab to anyone arriving at VIA; five-star service surely. read more

Booked online with Vienna Airport Cab a week before my travel for a family of 3. Received my confirmation through email within few hours and asked for my contact number. A day before my arrival, received instruction and confirmation from Robert of my arrival detail and where to meet for pick up. The driver rang within 15 minutes after we landed and we met him at the pick up point. The return trip to the airport was just as smooth. The drivers were both punctual and helpful with our luggages and the cars are clean. Highly recommended. read more

Our experience was excellent! We were looking online for a reasonably priced cab ride from Vienna Airport to our hotel, and Vienna Airport Cab was our best option. It was very easy to order a cab from them online, and their service was perfect. Robert followed up with me repeatedly to ensure that all of our questions were answered. He then made sure that we knew exactly where to meet our cab driver in the airport. And finally, the driver did a great job of getting us to our hotel without any issues. Booked online for return airport/hotel transfers .All e mail communications answered very promptly. Flight landed early at airport but driver ready and waiting with a very smart car just outside arrivals hall so no long walk and driver happy to take luggage. Quick and safe transfer to hotel. On return day driver arrived promptly and again a quick and safe transfer back to airport, parking alongside terminal. Drivers very courteous, whole service efficient, reliable and very good value. Followed up a trip advisor recommendation to book online for two-way airport/hotel transfer over the christmas period (fixed price of 27 euros each way) which saved me a lot on local airport taxi prices. Easy to book and it was no problem when I later had to change airlines and flight time. Robert at Vienna Airport Cab was very helpful. Taxis on time both at the airport and the hotel. What an excellent service. I booked via Skype and everything was clear and efficient. Price was really competitive from Vienna Airport to hotel, only 27 euros compared to hotel price of 47 euros. Got a call as soon as we were in baggage area and then a text and driver came within minutes. Very friendly and helpful driver. Would highly recommend. Could not fault them. read more

I'm using the Vienna Airport Cab regualry for my business trips and the drivers are always very nice and understanding (e.g. if I (don't) feel like talking at 6 AM). The online booking works easy and even if I have to cancel a trip it was never a problem. For me there is no other cab company I would take anymore for my airport-trips. read more

Like another reviewer, I booked with this firm based on a Trip Advisor recommendation. Used them for a two-way airport transfer in August (fixed price of 28 euros each way). Easy to book. Comfortable cars + drivers helped with our large suitcases. Don't know when we'll be back in Vienna, but would definitely use this firm again. read more
