We ended up waiting 40 minutes in the rain outside the old office for someone to pick us up. Once we finally got to the correct location, it took three hours just to receive the rental car. They also placed a $1,600 USD hold on my credit card and forced me to purchase their insurance, something other rental companies have never required.
