The second trip we spoke with one employee about two items and he quoted a price. That gentleman had another customer so we spoke with someone else. That guy substantially increased the prices. Great Coach outlet store…read more I stopped in on vacation and was pleased to find a Coach store among those at the outlets. The store is definitely on the smaller side, but isn't lacking in inventory or friendly, helpful sales staff. For a typically smallish store, it was fairly well stocked and had all of the latest on-trend bags and accessories. They happened to be running a great sale that day, so I took advantage of that. The store was super organized with attractive displays and cute spring merchandise, including the well-stocked clearance/sale shelf in the rear of the store. They had mostly women's bags and accessories, yet had a small selection of men's leather items, too. I recently lost the hang tag off of my black pebbled leather Coach hobo bag and Ashley, the sales associate, managed to find a matching hang tag in the back room to match my beloved bag, free of charge. Thanks, Ashley!!!! The shopping experience was a pleasant one and the gear I picked up was a great price that day. I love my new bag and accessories!
