I was given a date for a technician to come out. I was told an email would be sent with a date along with a picture of technician Brandon Falnnagan. First class at the office. I received a call from Brandon, on Tuesday as scheduled, he was on his way. When Brandon drove up. I looked at the service vehicle. Clean, well maintained, says al lot before the technician steps out. Brandon stepped up to the door dressed in company shirt, introduced himself with a smile. I invited Brandon in, he placed covers over his shoes. (THOUGHTFUL) We addressed the issues I was having with aunts. We covered the areas, Brandon went along with his inspection. My situation covered fire alarm,attic, outside areas. After inspection, Brandon shined as professional as he introduced himself. Knowledge of the trade, knowledge of products, explaining every aspect of products. Product that are safe for the home owner/pets/plants. The products I was using as a past spray applicator, I was controlling the issue. No need for service (HONESTY) not selling me a service I did not need. No charge for inspection. What I have learned is that you can do your own work if you want to you can buy your own bait boxes and your own bait as long as you're very careful there is bait you can buy, and there are keys to the boxes and rods inside to set it up. it's very easy to set up. There's a Do it yourself site online that sells everything very reasonable the price that you will pay to get started is the price you might pay for about a year service and then you can continue on your own many people I know just do it themselves and that's what I'm planning to do after I finish up with the company I'm with right now because I wanted to make sure I didn't have rats in my attic and I am doing some gardening and repairing on a small hill where a lot of activity had been that will mellow things out. As soon as I clear the chemical with my vet. I will be purchasing the do it yourself kits and doing it myself. I have learned today doing things yourself saves a ton of money and you don't have to deal with the constant BS of companies and looser workers that don't care about you and are just trying to make a buck. Point Pest is one of the companies that does not care about their customers and they have a horrible answering system. They do not answer any of their phones and you get rerouted to some back office somewhere where someone sounds like they've been drinking all night. I have also seen their 11 Better Business Bureau complaints, which are horrible. Look those up.

When I canceled the service, I was informed of a 60-day cancellation policy, despite the lack of results or adequate response. No manager will call me. I've asked twice. Disappointing! I expected better from a company that charges for expert pest control.

We paid $600 to have the trench done. It took weeks for Sean to come out. He said he stopped by the house twice and no one was home. Our tenant was home all day. Sean had his number, he didn't not receive a call. We hired another company to come out and they said the trench was a waste of money.
