I went inside, and the guy said, "oh yeah, the pump doesn't work correctly" - Seriously- why don't you put a sign on it? He responded, "I would if I could " seriously put a freaking piece of paper in it. I stop here periodically travel from Knoxville to Huntsville frequently, and this is the most expensive convenient store along my drive.

As swiped my credit card, the pump requested that I see the attendant, when I went in the store to see the attendant I was asked to give up my keys or my license before she would turn the pump on. Stating she was concerned about me filling up and driving off without paying (remember I was paying at the pump with a cc). Throughout this exchange another vehicle pulled up and was able to swipe his card and fuel up without issue. When I asked why he was not having to do the same as me, her response was that all credit cards are not the same...I suppose a credit card used by a black man is different. Needless to say I left without gas...this is the first time I experienced such treatment since I moved here 11 years ago.
