OK, probably not, but I've seen some of the best, and then there's the rest. Glow Galaxy isn't in the best. It's not the worst. It's a place that doesn't appear to have changed a thing in the past 4 years. You've got a mini golf area in the middle that two out of 40 kids will even go into, and you've got some inflatables and standard fair blowups that the kids can play on. There are also I think three party rooms and a bunch of seats for the adults. It's interesting once for the kids, second time we were at a birthday I got asked near the end how much longer we had, third and fourth times I was there both ended up with the kids making up games that only involved the space. Not the fault of Glow Galaxy really, but when it's done with the kids it's done. When my oldest was 4 she went through one of the inflatables several times and then managed to get stuck in it. I was about 13 feet away sitting and, well, noise in that place of a 4yo screaming that she was stuck vs sugared-up birthday party was not perceptible. Due to the black lighting I'd also misidentified another child as her, so yeah, track your small ones closely. No harm as a note. Just mentioning to beware. Party rooms have always been too small and cramped when I've been there. That or maybe too many people are showing up for the space. Seems like they could combine a couple of the rooms and expand the one on the right and that would handle it as I never see three parties running, but maybe that's observer bias. I'd kind of like to see that Glow Golf gone, a few other activities put in there. The place has the space and potential, it's just not breakout great.

As a restaurant owner myself, I really want to give them credit for quality-checking the food coming out of the kitchen. On this visit, Sam wasn't satisfied with a dish and asked the kitchen to remake it. Honestly, I would've been happy with what they originally produced, but it didn't meet his standards -- and we ended up with a complimentary dish on top of it. It's rare to find this level of care anywhere, let alone at a bowling alley and arcade. The facility is spotless, bathrooms included. Can't wait to bring the family back.

We went with our family we were visiting, niece and nephew. My husband and nephew wanted to race the go carts. At first three of us were going to race, but I was wearing sandals and declined. Husband and nephew still wanted to race. We brought this fact up to the operator. They had our nephew go to one row of carts and sent hubby to a separate one. The original operator left and a new one came in his place. He sent the carts out with our nephew, and had my husband waiting. We were pointing and telling him he forgot a cart. He informed us that his cart couldn't go out, that only so many carts were allowed on the track. Thats fine, but why didn't the first guy let us know. My husband got up and asked for a refund, racing by himself or not racing our nephew was not what he wanted. He went to the front and asked a guy at the counter. He was not very customer service friendly either. The only pleasant members of staff were at the ticket counter, at the end of our excursion.

I was driving to Florence with my girlfriend one Saturday and she actually spotted the place and asked if we could turn around and decided why not. The place is also attached to some of long building that is a haunted house that looks like it would be fun in October. The place also sells food which we did not grab any but it did smell good. For 36 holes for 2 people was only like $7 which is a huge bargain. Both courses they offer were fun, I really enjoyed the one with the obstacles and had a blast.

There is a digital board near the check in counter that holds the name of the person who placed the reservation, time of the reservation, and the color of your course (each course is assigned a color). Your group picks a putter and is given a golf ball, which you digitally scan at the beginning of the course and add your name. Each hole will electronically detect which ball is yours. No need to carry pencils and a paper score card! Woohoo. My favorite hole was trivial pursuit themed. They give you a multiple choice question with two potential answers. There are two holes to aim towards, dependent upon what you think the correct answer is. Fun! Even our ADHD child was focused and we all had a blast. Looking forward to going back!
