After her initial test, we came back and received our treatment plan and Dr. Jessica got to work on helping my daughter get the care she needed. It wasn't long before she had some well needed relief. Months later, I was have some extreme lower back pain. I know it has something to do with our mattress but it was getting to the point where I couldn't roll over at night while sleeping. Getting out of bed was nearly impossible. I couldn't get sleep because I was so incredibly uncomfortable. I saw Dr. Jessica who did the first run of tests with me. The next day I came in and she showed me my x-rays, explained everything to me and wrote up a treatment plan. After my first adjustment, I felt amazing. I didn't walk in pain, sit in pain and best of all, sleep in pain. I was popping 800mg of ibuprofen 2x per day before seeing them. I haven't had any since my adjustment which is HUGE to me. This is a great practice, they aren't there to screw you over. They want you working right. Chiropractic care is great for anyone of all ages. Also, the staff is extremely helpful and so kind. I went online to consider booking an appointment and ever since that day I have been bugged nonstop by this office. Since 11/19-11/27 I have received 10 phone calls,10 voicemails, and five text messages from them. They kept calling me and leaving a voice message saying that they needed to finalize details about my appointment to which I called them back for them to just confirm my appointment and then continue to call me every morning and leave me the same voicemail about needing more details. After receiving a phone call from them every morning for 10 days I decided to cancel my appointment and book with somebody else. They had sent me a text message to confirm my appointment and I responded that I wanted to cancel it. The day of my appointment I received a call to confirm the appointment that I had already canceled so I finally just blocked their phone number. I then receive another voicemail from a new number asking me to reschedule along with 2 text messages. So I would book somewhere else unless you wanna be pestered and hounded by these people every morning for days the moment you put your information into their website. The few times I did speak on the phone with the employees they were very kind so this has nothing to do with the employees personally or their quality of care. Their messaging system is a nuisance and turned me away from their business...

I asked if it was normal and she said "yes people typically are a little sore two to 3 days following" I told her it was not a sore hurt she really hurt me and it had been over a week at that point it was still hurting, cut forward to now I've had upper back issues ever since a she did that to my back. On top of permanently damaging my upper back I was charged $3500. Please never go to this chiropractor useless you want to be injured further

Woah! Amazing results…read more I moved a mattress by myself and threw my lower back out. It was scary. I could not stand up or sit in a chair without level 9-10 pain. My muscles would start spasming without warning and I'd immediately start crying out in pain. I figured I was just relegated to bed rest. This injury has happened twice before and I've never realized how much a person's back influences their entire body such that you are completely helpless with a back injury. I've never seen a chiropractor (ever). I reached out to Dr. Anco and he and his wife, Julie, did a HOUSE CALL due to the nature of my symptoms. He adjusted me (my back really cracked), did numerous back exercises with me, and she massaged the area and did a laser treatment on it. Shockingly, I feel almost good as new as of the day of their visit! It's a bit sore still but Dr. Anco explained exactly how I needed to sit and stand and position my hips to avoid the pain and sudden muscle spams. He also taught me how to stretch the muscle to warm up my back and avoid the spasms in the first instance (for example, in the morning when I'll be the most stiff, to avoid having the spasms the moment I get out of bed).
