Those frosty beers in the cooler Above all else Victor runs a safe operation and it certainly doesn't hurt that his prices are about as good as I've found. Not sure why the ratings are so good at Victor's Cabo - I would avoid at all costs and have two separate trips (I went to Cabo twice in the past two months) to explain why you should go with some other company. 1. In December, my family went to San Jose del Cabo for a family vacation. I did research and was drawn to this company because of its good reviews. I reached out and they quoted me a cost of $100 roundtrip for 7 people. They were not transparent about the type of vehicle I would be provided (which was the first mistake as I should have asked). On our ride from the airport to Hyatt ZIva, we had a nice large express van that could fit 10 - they provided us water and beer and it was spacious. We were asked to pay them for the round trip when they dropped us off at the resort, which we did. On the way back to the airport on our last day, they provided us with a much smaller SUV Suburban that fit exactly 7. It was different than the van we got when we first arrived, and the trip back to airport was super tight and uncomfortable. They also did not provide water or beer this time around. When I reached out to Victor to complain, he said that he had initially upgraded us to the larger vehicle on the ride to the resort, and this was the right vehicle for 7. However, on the website (see attached screenshot), it says that any transport of 7 or more people will require the larger express van (capacity for suburban is 6). I felt as if Victor was being dishonest and not transparent with us throughout the process and felt that he could screw us over because we had already paid for the roundtrip. 2. In January, my friend Marissa actually booked the transportation to and from our Cabo resort (Riu Palace). Little did I know she booked Victor's, or I would have warned her. She had no issues getting to the resort (and also paid for the round trip during the dropoff), but on the return trip back to the airport on our last day, the driver did not show up for an 11 AM pickup at our hotel. We called and emailed at least 10 times to the company phone number and email and no one picked up. We ended up having to pull out cash at the hotel ATM and take a taxi to the airport. So disappointed by the lack of communication by this company. As a airport transportation company, you have 1 job!!!! I will not use Victor's in the future - you should not as well. The reviews for this place are either made up or the quality of the company has significantly declined over the past few years. Use another company! read more

I can't say enough great things about Victor and his awesome customer service. I had to change my date and location for our airport transfer, and Victor was kind and responsive. I could tell he was looking out for me and wanted to be sure he had the new details correct. His colleague, Arturo, was so professional and kind when he picked us up in a spotlessly-clean new Chevy Suburban, and our ride to the airport was quick and easy. I am making a note in my Cabo files to ALWAYS use Victor's Cabo for our future transport needs on our yearly trips to Los Cabos, and I look forward to recommending him to my friends. Clean cars, on time, drink options(beer water, soda) from pick up to drop off, and authentically nice drivers. One thing that really stands out with this company... Communication. Emails confirming trips, airport directions to pick up (to get you thru transportation shark tank 1,2, and 3), instructions on payment and tipping, follow up email from Victor to make sure everything went well. Victor's pricing is competitive, and you may be able to work something out with him for special needs. Very amendable. Next time we are in Cabo, we will try to have his team take us on expeditions. read more

Victors shuttle was waiting for us at airport with our name on a sign. Courteous, friendly, knowledge, good driver greeted us with water and beer. The driver didn't drink beer. The vehicle was clean and had air conditioning. Our trip back to airport was just as good. He arrived early, was pleasant, clean vehicle. They did a perfect job. Both drivers spoke good english also. Wife and I made last minute reservations online for Cabo Airport to hotel round trip transportation and choose Victor's Cabo because of their online reviews. We were not disappointed! They responded quickly and set us up with round trip services including a next day pickup. The SUV's (Escalade, Tahoe) we're clean and relatively new. The e-mail pickup instructions were detailed and clear, even giving tips on how to avoid the airport "shark tank" (vendors) on the way to meet the driver. Drivers were friendly, knowledgeable, neatly dressed, on time, and offered to stop at the store on way to hotel. Highly recommend. Will use again on our return trips to wonderful Mexico! Not only was he very responsive to every email, his driver Arturo was wonderful and on time! He was waiting for us with a sign when we arrived, We were able to stop at Walmart on the way in for groceries and when it was time to leave Arturo was on time! We have used this service in each of the last two years and just returned from our most recent trip. Victor and staff are reliable, dependable, on time and have a very nice fleet of Cadillac SUV's. The inclusion of a Walmart or Mega stop on your inbound drive is worth it and his drivers are always helpful with the supplies and translation if needed. I always worry a bit that they will be late for the return trip to the airport. Both years they have been 15 minutes early. They are not the cheapest mode from airport to Cabo but they easily are the best in my book read more

Got the name of this car service from the owner of the Estancia resort we booked on VRBO . The car picked us up at the airport and drove us to the hotel for the round trip agreed on price of $165 . The ride to the hotel was harrowing ,driver was reckless and sped the whole time , whereas i had to tell him twice to slow down , when we got there i gave him $ 200 which is a $35 tip which i thought was generous . He said ,OH COME ON and held out his hand and demanded more money. Not wanting to make a scene in front of the check in staff i gave him an additional $20. This took place over Christmas week . I later complained to the owner of the rental and he said driver was suspended for a week . A refund would have been better read more

We greatly appreciated the communication by email and overall customer service. Our plans were not confirmed until the day before because of Hurricane Bud. We were met outside of airport with a sign which was easy to find. The return was also seamless. The driver showed up at the designated time at our resort Both the drivers were professional. I would have given 5 stars or at least 4.5 except the vehicle from the airport to the resort was very old and had the "maintenance needed" light on. We have used Victors transportation many times and always very satisfied. We just returned from Cabo celebrating my daughters wedding. Victors company provided transportation for over 60 wedding guest arriving from all over the western United States. The service was excellent.
