I used this service for a ride to my hotel near downtown Cabo San Lucas. I was a return customer but had grown increasingly frustrated at some aspects - including visibly questioning tip amounts and waiting a while for the car to arrive at the airport. This time our driver ran into some traffic and decided to U-turn on the highway, suggesting we take a different route. Keep in mind, we left the airport at 145pm here. We continued down a path to find the hotel, not helped my some protests along the way, and we finally arrived at the hotel at 445pm. This sounds made up, but it isn't. We were in the car for three hours, at one point the driver gets out in the traffic jam to pee on the side of a fence. The whole thing was absolutely absurd, ruined our entire first day, and while not completely the fault of the company, the driver pretending he did not know there were protests is ridiculous, and regardless, a three hour drive to a hotel 45 minutes from the airport is just not acceptable. Not a long wait at the airport for pickup, maybe 10 minutes. Alberto our driver was just wonderful. So kind and accommodating, and I got to practice my Spanish with him on the drive! On our return trip from Cabo to the airport, we had a 2:00 pickup. My wife wasn't feeling well and moving slow. The driver called me at 1:55 telling me we needed to be out now. I let him know about my wife and family and they would be out within the allotted 10mins. My daughter forgot a toy and she went to get it. The driver told me he would not wait and at 2:11, when my family showed up, he left. I received an email that we were more than 15 mins late and thus a "no-show". They left us stuck with no transportation and a very rude legal style email message saying no refund. Very poor customer service and totally uncaring. Definitely would not book again. read more

Great shuttle service!! Safe and on time! :) At the airport, walk straight outside and find the number parking spot they send you in an email. There you will be greeted by a staff member. Then you wait about 10-15mins for your ride to arrive (they can't wait with the car in the station.. this is the same for any shuttle service in Cancun). Once your ride arrives, they load your luggage and you get to relax in AC!!! Pick up is ON TIME! And so safe! We got picked up at 4:20am and there was zero problems. My family and I recently returned from a mini vacation in Cabo staying at the RIU. We have visited many many times and always enjoy our visit. We have never had issues with transportation getting around Cabo nor to and from the airport. Yesterday we had the resort order a Taxi that accepts credit cards to go to the airport. We knew the cost in Pesos and US Dollars before taking the taxi. The driver tried to cheat us! It was the first time in 15years that we had a taxi driver try and rip us off! He charged us $23 USD more than he should have. We had been using pesos and dollars the 5 days we were there and knew the exchange rate. My husband confronted him about it and he tried to dispute it and pretend the charge was correct.....we told him "hell no"! The resort told us the cost before we ordered the taxi and they always know the rates. My suggestion to others visiting, use cash (pesos or dollars) when paying because if we had not been savvy re the exchange rate in pesos which is what is charged on your credit or debit card....we would have come home less $23 and no way to dispute it. He gave us the difference in cash, after being confronted, without much argument. We won't use a debit or credit card again with a taxi in Cabo. Very disappointing because we love Cabo are coming back in a couple of months. read more

Worst company to ever work with. Please try to find any other company to work with. I used their service for a round trip in November 2023 with my family and dog. The policy of the company is the dog must be in the carrier through out the whole trip. I understood that and the dog was never removed from the carrier. The arrival was really good we had Edwin very nice and informative about the city and things to do. The return however was terrible from the moment it begun!! We had the unpleasant honor of meeting driver Bryan. From the moment he arrived he was rude and dismissive. Our pick up time was 3:15pm. It was 3:14 pm and he was already screaming and yelling I have another party I need to take you need to hurry. Like hello sir how about we start with hello... I told him is there not a 10 minute courtesy policy. He dismissed it and stopped responded. We all were in the car a couple minute later. He not only was speeding and switching lanes like crazy which is normal here but he was texting and sending voice notes. Now I have a pug and if you know anything about pugs they have huge personalities. My dog isn't the most comfortable being in a carrier but than again would you? None the less he was never removed from his carrier. He reposition himself and would whimper. He did fart but the smell did not linger in the car. Bryan decided to send a very rude voice note in spanish saying this dog pooped in the car. No he did not sir please stop lying. As soon as he opened the window the smell went away. He then started saying oh we have to charge you because he farted and it stinks. There was literally no smell left in the car. I was like oh I'll talk to the office about that. He sent another voice note to his coworker or whoever in Spanish saying what kind of rude people did you send me. I don't think he realized I'm fluent in Spanish so I got upset and I was like are you kidding me. Not only are you lying but you're talking badly about my family? So I got mad and told him no I need to talk to your office right now. I called the office and was told the manager was off. I said it's quite important because these are the types of people representing your company. He said oh I'll have the owner call on his private number. The owner (Roberto ) called and said we'll it's because he has another pick up and he said the smell is still there because of the poop. Im like there was no poop my dog farted but he did not poop in the car. He did not vomit. The Roberto said oh well it's because he said your dog was being Aggresive and barking. My dog whimpered once trying to get comfortable but he never barked. He's like well I have to do my own investigation. So clearly he does not care about how his company is represented. He likes to hire careless rude drivers who just want to charge and up charge for anything possible. According to Roberto the first driver also had complained about the smell but my dog never farted on the first way to the hotel. If we would have known they are a company that like to lie and talk badly about their clients we probably would have never booked with them. read more

Used this service while visiting Cabo. They give you clear instructions to avoid the pushy people in the airport claiming to be with the company. Avoid those people at all cost and go to the umbrella indicated and look for the guys in the green shirt and black pants. We were met with a suburban that had the AC nice and cool. The driver drove us all the way to our resort that was near the marina. We also used them on the way back to the airport. They were timely and always made sure we had all of our belongings. It's always scary placing the trust of your transportation in a foreign company's hands but I've had nothing but great experiences with 'Cabo Airport Shuttle'. I made a reservation for a private shuttle including a car seat (since it's 30+ miles to/from the the resort) and the representative was waiting at the airport with a sign. It had their company logo, she spoke English and brought us to the van that awaited us, car seat buckled in and AC blasting. On the return trip I needed to adjust a time half hour earlier... I was worried as the phone number didn't work but they luckily responded to their email address within an hour that they would be there - and they were.
