Our group enjoyed a variety of wine options in a warm and welcoming place. There's not a ton of space of the restaurant but the space is intimate. We tried the fried frog legs with the cream sauce à la provençale and they were delicious and resulted in me eating way too much of the delicious bread that came with dinner. After that, I had the st Jacques scallop dish with pesto risotto. The scallops had a strange metallic after taste but weren't bad. The risotto was delicious. We finished it off with a "dame Blanche," basically a giant ice cream sundae dessert that I couldn't even finish. Overall the service was good and the food was tasty. I'd come back!

We had a bottle of rose (my favorite variety in the region although at home I'm a red wind drinker) and shared the apricot clofoutis, creek brûlée and chocolate tart du maison for dessert. The staff spoke no English, but with my very rudimentary French, and the help of google translate, we did just fine. I will add that the French are so very very nice once the ice is broken... we have encountered minimal rudeness. They are not gregarious but will gladly help you if you are in need.
